Bottle is superior, when you buy it in a 24 box it has no contact with any light and is perfect.

Stella has a spirit. She knows. I talked to Stella. I made that little beer happy. She loves to take naps. She also likes me playing Frankenstein with her. I am an empath and talk to sentiment beings.

We are starting to encounter these beer spirits ourselves and they are quite the characters. They are all-knowing. All-being. Don't forget to close your beer brackets my friend. Keeps the beer spirits at bay.

    Good comparison.
One big variable should have been added: Why no production date, or good by date? This can be found on the can (bottom), glass (side).
Knowing this would have been huge. I have had both in the fridge at once. Can was far, FAR superior. Mainly because of the smell/mouthfeell & even more, because of the champagne-esque carbonation in the can. Almost a different beer... especially -- if it's a freshly brewed case.
    Cheers.

Again, mates, a spot on review! I’m chewing through my second 24-can (440ml) case here in Sydney. A place down the road sells it for $39.99 which is better value than some of the local stuff that is meant to pass for beer.
Love your reviews because you both have a very natural style, great language, and you’re very likeable - and knowledgeable!

40 dollars for a 24 pack is expensive asf in the uk it’s less than £20 for a 24 pack

@@hippityhopitus3544 40 AUD it's a bit more than 20 GBP lol and it's hella cheap in my country this amount of money won't be enough for a 24 bottles case of 330 ml Stella

I recently bought a Philips perfect draught machine. You get 6 litre kegs for it and the Stella comes from the Belgian brewery 😉

I took the canned Stella 12-pack to the cashier and discovered it was $6 higher than the bottled Stella! Apparently, the store knows the can Stella tastes better and prices it accordingly! However, since I haven't tasted the can version yet, I wasn't about to pay that much more for basically the same product.

Bottle is always better but you should drink it straight from the bottle don't pour it into a glass.

I had my first Stella last night (in a bottle) and was pleasantly surprised. I'm going to pick up some in a can to see for myself which is better.

I prefer to have the cans because its 12 ounces instead of the 11.2 bottles. Every ounce counts lol.

Where is your Stella made though? I am old enough to remember when Stella came all the way to the UK from Belgium. That was a nice beer. I would not touch the stuff we get in Australia as any European beer brewed under licence here is made down to a price level with very different ingredients.

    • @BeerBrackets
      @BeerBrackets  3 роки тому +1

That's so interesting! Thanks for sharing that info. The Stella we get here is from the main Belgian brewery thankfully. It's always a little disappointing when you buy a known brand expecting a certain thing and then see it was brewed elsewhere, in your case with different ingredients.

I just looked up canned Stella vs bottled because, I love bottled Stella. I only wanted to have a couple tonight and bought a 25 ounce can, and it taste disgusting, very metallic and nothing like the bottles.
