Nice and informative content with a positive and light mood! I like it 😆 Thank you James!
I'm having a binge of your videos as I haven't had time to sit and watch for a while. This video in particularly interested me as I suffer with this, however, my husband has just had ACDF in his 4/5 and 6/7. These exercises will be added to his physio regime. Again, many thanks.
Thank you so very much for this!!!! I have bulging discs in C2-6 and haven’t been able to go to physical therapy. Some of these stretches I’ve already been doing but you’ve shown so much more that helps to relieve the numbness in my arms and hands. Thank you again!!!
That's insane James. I had my arm going numb and shoulder in pain, for few weeks at least. Few days ago I did the stretches you show, exactly as you show, AND also bent-over barbell rows with small weight, all my pain is and numbness is completely gone since then. Unbelievable, thank you so much good sir!
I love how quickly you lay down and get up. I would still be trying to get up.
Thanks for a great video James! I would be glad to visit you in person, but unfortunately I live on the opposite side of the globe, so I have to ask here: besides stretching, taping and pull ups/rows, what are some other strength-training exercises you can suggest to improve this? Or should barbell/machine rows and chin ups be enough? Thank you!
Hi please I can you
Answer me I am a volleyball player and physical education student
Last year I discovered that I have brachail parade syndrome (the doctor I visited was in Paris) he asked for 15 rehabilitation sessions I started them in France then I finished them at Tunisia (sfax) I started to go to the training session but when I make a great effort max 15 days and I return to the initial state is what you can give me instructions please 🙏🏻 or and tell me can I do weight training or not
The article link no longer works. It goes to a 404 error page.
Would the wall stretch bring on the tingling sensation? Because it did for me
same i can't do that stretch, it feels like a nerve in my armpit is getting pinched whenever I try it and my hand starts to go numb fast
I am experiencing exactly the same thing. I did one set of the workout called ' nasty Nancy' which contains 15 overhead squat. My right hand thumb and biceps feel numb, and even raising my waterbottle become challenging. This is the second day, the numbness remains 50 percent left.
Hey the same thing happened with me! I was doing shoulder press and I went too heavy for too long. Did these exercises help you?
@@rajat.2 I went to acupuncture therapist for three times. I found acupuncture help me a lot. My grip was too narrow, now I have no problem to do the overhead squats. Good luck!
my arm/shoulder when semi-numb while I was in superman sleeping position
no link for the article James.
Thanks Abdul, Fixed! -James
Yeah there is. I'm viewing the article right now. It's within the James Braithwaite description.......maybe you need to press "Show More." The link works. I'm reading up on TOS now, I was in a car accident and after carpal tunnel and cubitcal tunnel release, I'm still having problems with my ulnar nerve/forearm going numb. I also get pins and needles in my bicep and forearm. I can't put weight on my right arm, like doing a push up and I used to do cartwheels and handstands before the car accident.
