    What if you are only given the steps but not told which one is the slow one? How do you figure it out?

      HI Nadiraslam, look at the actual (overall) chemical equation, and it can give you hints which is the slow step. That is really beyond the scope of a general chemistry class...tough!

      @@OldSchoolChemistry this question could be answered by biochemical engineer or chemical engineer. For sure not a biologist. You want someone who can actually solve these problems and apply it. That’s an engineer

      Hi Khalid, I don’t know! At this level of chemistry I have always seen it given. I would ask your professor how they expect you to proceed in that situation. I hope it goes well!
