My experiences were the same growing up, with the addition of a family that worships a guru in India! I was saved in 2001. Listening to Becket's story at about 37:50 and I went to medium a few times before getting saved; one some time in the 1980's said, "Love will be with you. Love will be with you." and then in around 2000, before walking in a man on the street said, "Oh no... don't go in there." I went in. When I followed up with the psychic a week or two later by phone, she said, "I did not expect to hear from YOU again." Both comments struck me as strange, and I believe it was also because I am Christ's and the demons knew it before I did. Becket, I wonder about people I know who are gay and living that lifestyle, and those I see on UA-cam, who I like and enjoy. I want to say to them that they are lost forever if they don't repent of their sin, but I feel like I would be "mean" to them by saying that they need to repent and obey the Word of God. I know it must be so hard to stop doing something that feel natural and real to them, and would cut out a huge part of their life. How do I speak to them?

This is such an important interview for people to hear. New Age started creeping into my Christian life in the 2010’s…I wasn’t even aware of its origins, Reiki, crystals, meditation, positive affirmations..I even saw a medium (once) that had a picture of Jesus in her room. In 2016, cancer cleared my calendar and took my faith to a very pure place and through UA-cam I discovered how off course all that was and how it’s dressed up to appear normal or complimentary to Christian values. My son had demons attach themselves to him when we lived with my sister before he was even 2 years old. I say that it was probably in her house as she would dabble in occult things like card readings in her home. Before he was saved as a child (about 10), he told me he had two spirits that he could see influencing what he did. One masqueraded as good but was bad and the other was bad. Well, we had quite the struggle when he wanted to be saved. Spirits weren't happy and tormented him. Finally we had a moment and he prayed for his salvation. I heard him talking one night out loud and I was freaking out that the spirits were still there. I went to ask him who he was talking to and he told me Jesus. I asked how he knew and he pointed at his chest and said because he's talking to me from here. So I am so thankful that Jesus helped him to have protection against the evil spirits that had plagued him in his early childhood. He is a well adjusted late teenager now who loves Jesus. We've had behavioral issues from time to time but nothing like what was happening before he accepted Christ into his life. 💕

I came out of being an athiest and naturalist, the supernatural evil world became manifest in my life. I would say, exactly the same for me, even though something about it is dark, and you know it is, but its that curiosity or something, that is pulling you to it. My great-grandmother was a medium. She and her husband bought my grandmother a Ouija board. A little girl down the street invited my grandmother to a United Method Sunday School where she gave her life to Jesus. Anyway, the Ouija Board spelled out, "Iva must not do this." And then again. She never played again. So thankful for grace!

I'm sorry to spam, but I'm messaging in the middle of watching this video. Yes, spirit guides was one of the main ones among all the others I mentioned in my last comments. I had bodily experiences and sensations that were convincing me they were my spirit guides, communicating it in books, I saw things in the environments around me, like once a way a crow cicled around me in like a semetric circle then flew laterally straight and perched on a tree, and add to that, there is literature in the libraries and shops and stuff that affirm them. So a lot seemed to work together to convince me of the lies
I worked hard to make sure my oldest children knew the Lord and knew His word. They have gone very prodigal and my second child has gotten into witchcraft. Please pray that my two oldest girls come back to the Lord now. And pray for protection for my younger children.

I can relate to the attacks from Satan, a few weeks after I was saved I had a demonic spirit speak into my head aloud when I was reading my bible, speaking lies. I was so green I didn't even know to say in the name of Jesus leave me alone, I just held my head screaming stop, stop it. I was under spiritual attack because if Satan can't keep you out of the kingdom then he's going to do things to stop you from following the Lord. This incident led to a terrible spiritual battle to where I felt like I was hanging off a thousand foot cliff by my finger nails but the Lord brought me through it. The battle is real, for we do not battle with flesh and blood but powers of darkness! Blessings to the both of you!
Yes children are NOT exempt! I still don’t understand the Christian denominations that think little children are too young to have faith. Or the opposite. Thank you Lord for Jenn’s story . You work in everything.
How is intuition, premonitions or having insights opposed to having a religion, like being a Christian? Jesus himself had premonitions before he was arrested and killed. Clearly he felt the growing Roman hostility and threats, and that translated into his premonitions. And he also knew his friends well enough to guess or feel how they may react and behave in a crisis. That was very insightful, seeing what later happened. Doctors predict the course of an illness, or a return to health. Meteorologists study and predict the weather. None of these examples seem “demonic” to most. And that is because all predictions are ONLY predictions, not the absolute truth. They may or may not come true. But listening to your gut feeling is not wrong as long as you use your critical thinking too. The importance is to be humble and not believe you sit on the ultimate “truth”, whether you are a religious leader, a doctor, or just a regular person playing with “divination tools” or having a ministry channel. It sounds like the interviewee may have had a little bit of an addictive nature growing up, and that that was the center of the problem, not “demonic influence”. I am glad she found her way out of what seems to have been a bit of an obsessive way of seeing life. I hope her current ministry is less “absolute” than her previous tarot guess work. I wish the interviewer could have discussed alternatives to the extreme view of “demonic possession”. There is nothing dark or demonic about this lovely lady, and she clearly always meant well. Thankfully, I was also saved out of a life of new age "seeking " for a number of years. I was just lost and displaced as a young teenager who was tossed aside by my family, who divorced. I was broken and traumatised. For about 9- 10 years, I was caught up in all sorts of dangerous situations. I was on the brink of ending my life. And then I was hounded by heavens army. Little by little, I just realised that God was SOOOOO REAL. I'm 62 years young, and have been through some awful situations but Yeshua Messiah has never left me as an orphan. This is such an important interview for people to hear. New Age started creeping into my Christian life in the 2010’s…I wasn’t even aware of its origins, Reiki, crystals, meditation, positive affirmations..I even saw a medium (once) that had a picture of Jesus in her room. In 2016, cancer cleared my calendar and took my faith to a very pure place and through UA-cam I discovered how off course all that was and how it’s dressed up to appear normal or complimentary to Christian values. It’s NOT! Thank you for getting the word out with Jenn. Becket, you are doing God’s work here and it’s GREAT.
Like this woman, I myself thought I had spirit guides, dead relatives communicating with me ( the amount that this has happened on this earth, the so -called 'ancestors' but in reality, its the demonic realm, oh my gosh, this has been repeated over and over a gazillion times), I got free, I follow Jesus now. A lot of the things this woman is naming, the same here. The couple year period before the demons started manifesting in my life I was into: conspiracy theories, meso-american influenced religion (i.e. Carlos Castaneda) , UFO-ology, numerology, among others. Thank God I'm free. There is hope and mercy in Jesus! Get free! Resist the devil.

My son had demons attach themselves to him when we lived with my sister before he was even 2 years old.
I say that it was probably in her house as she would dabble in occult things like card readings in her home.
Before he was saved as a child (about 10), he told me he had two spirits that he could see influencing what he did. One masqueraded as good but was bad and the other was bad.
Well, we had quite the struggle when he wanted to be saved. Spirits weren't happy and tormented him. Finally we had a moment and he prayed for his salvation.
I heard him talking one night out loud and I was freaking out that the spirits were still there. I went to ask him who he was talking to and he told me Jesus. I asked how he knew and he pointed at his chest and said because he's talking to me from here. So I am so thankful that Jesus helped him to have protection against the evil spirits that had plagued him in his early childhood.
He is a well adjusted late teenager now who loves Jesus. We've had behavioral issues from time to time but nothing like what was happening before he accepted Christ into his life. 💕
This was so interesting. I had a scare with a ouija board at a slumber party in 6th grade. I said no! I'm not doing this! My friends Mom put it away. I'm 65 now and still remember that bad feeling.
I wonder how much my playing influenced the course of my life. I was also involved in new age and radically saved 3 years ago. My life before being saved was so hectic. Addiction struggles etc etc etc. makes sense now

I like how this woman responded at the fulfilled prediction from dreaming/divination: It felt dark, but there was this curiousity. I came out of being an athiest and naturalist, the supernatural evil world became manifest in my life. I would say, exactly the same for me, even though something about it is dark, and you know it is, but its that curiosity or something, that is pulling you to it. Many witchdoctors, spiritists, or their clients, have gone well past this point to seeing the misery and destruction in their life.....
I was for years going to tarot readers, I started javing dreams of people that came true. I thought it was a hift from God. I bought tarot cards and ao many weird things happened in my life. I finally uears later found my way back to Christ. Thank God he forgave me and now I seek the Lord.❤

It will answer. I was in gradeschool , along with my brother and we asked a question and it answered right and I yelled to my mom that "IT works". And that disappeared so fast out of our house, that I wondered where it came from and where it went. Problem I grew up where we didn't ask questions. Which has been a problem my whole life. Never saw the game board ever again. But I never forgot that I should never mess with the occult again.
I guess the devil really overplays his hand when he frightens his own followers to the point where they have to call out to Jesus!
I remember when I was a kid, playing with an Ouija board with my kid sister. At the time, we were living in the same town as Linda Blair, the then future 'star' of 'The Exorcist'. I don't remember us getting any message from that Ouija board, but it is true that Satan does look for those kinds of 'openings', and other things he can enter into, too.

My great-grandmother was a medium. She and her husband bought my grandmother a Ouija board.
A little girl down the street invited my grandmother to a United Method Sunday School where she gave her life to Jesus.
Anyway, the Ouija Board spelled out, "Iva must not do this." And then again. She never played again.

I'm sorry to spam, but I'm messaging in the middle of watching this video. Yes, spirit guides was one of the main ones among all the others I mentioned in my last comments. I had bodily experiences and sensations that were convincing me they were my spirit guides, communicating it in books, I saw things in the environments around me, like once a way a crow cicled around me in like a semetric circle then flew laterally straight and perched on a tree, and add to that, there is literature in the libraries and shops and stuff that affirm them. So a lot seemed to work together to convince me of the lies

Prayers for you Jenn! Thank you Beckett! I can relate to the attacks from Satan, a few weeks after I was saved I had a demonic spirit speak into my head aloud when I was reading my bible, speaking lies. I was so green I didn't even know to say in the name of Jesus leave me alone, I just held my head screaming stop, stop it. I was under spiritual attack because if Satan can't keep you out of the kingdom then he's going to do things to stop you from following the Lord. This incident led to a terrible spiritual battle to where I felt like I was hanging off a thousand foot cliff by my finger nails but the Lord brought me through it.
The battle is real, for we do not battle with flesh and blood but powers of darkness! Blessings to the both of you!

How is intuition, premonitions or having insights opposed to having a religion, like being a Christian?
Jesus himself had premonitions before he was arrested and killed. Clearly he felt the growing Roman hostility and threats, and that translated into his premonitions. And he also knew his friends well enough to guess or feel how they may react and behave in a crisis. That was very insightful, seeing what later happened.
Doctors predict the course of an illness, or a return to health. Meteorologists study and predict the weather. None of these examples seem “demonic” to most. And that is because all predictions are ONLY predictions, not the absolute truth. They may or may not come true. But listening to your gut feeling is not wrong as long as you use your critical thinking too. The importance is to be humble and not believe you sit on the ultimate “truth”, whether you are a religious leader, a doctor, or just a regular person playing with “divination tools” or having a ministry channel.
It sounds like the interviewee may have had a little bit of an addictive nature growing up, and that that was the center of the problem, not “demonic influence”. I am glad she found her way out of what seems to have been a bit of an obsessive way of seeing life. I hope her current ministry is less “absolute” than her previous tarot guess work. I wish the interviewer could have discussed alternatives to the extreme view of “demonic possession”. There is nothing dark or demonic about this lovely lady, and she clearly always meant well. Well wishes to them both! May they be less afraid going forward.❤️
