Can Old RV Intellitec Multiplex Systems Still be Repaired and Upgraded Easy?

- I recorded a video for my other channel in a portrait mode and thought it might be fun to challenge myself to edit it as a long form video here. The owner purchased these modules and asked me to install and test them and as so many viewer are convinced old RV parts and electronics are difficult to repair or get parts for, I thought I prove that is not always the case. Intellitec multiplex system was used by Country Coach, Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Beaver, Foretravel, and a few other manufacturers. So they are more common then you may think. The systems are pretty reliable as long as you don't put 24vdc or higher to them....don't ask me how I know.

Hey there I always telling people how great you are! I installed a new vent and before I put the vent down with the butyl tape on it I put a dab of lap sealant on each of the old holes in the roof then put it down and let the butyl tape push out whatever is extra is that okay?

How was the SC humidity? It's been toasty lately for most of the state. FL was probably about the same but with more bugs. Nice to the point how to video.
Some day I’m going to have to dig into the LINC® WIRELESS TOUCH REMOTE - IDS from Lippert because the landing gear stopped working from the remote and I think there’s a blank relay that would work but I need to figure out what all the different relays are controlling.

A couple of months ago you installed a me-ags, I was just curious as to if the me-ags works with generators with glow plugs. How do you start your generator on a cold day? It has glow plugs correct?
@azexpert could you please comment on aftermarket carbs for onan 4000? My local rv store wants $737 for 1 genuine onan carb. That's robbery. It's cheaper for me to buy an open frame generator. Are there any good 3rd party suppliers? I thought $325 was expensive 2.5 yrs ago but this is insane. I'm retired military and can't afford those crazy prices.
I am with you at 737 I would just try the aftermarket too. 350 was obscene 2 years ago
