How did dale make it? The video never really explained. Did he just pay for modular courses or what? Because modular courses still end up costing the same amount as integrated

Video never said how dale managed to overcome the financial hurdle. It just hinted that he used modular instead of integrated but even that still costs the same amount??
So sad that you have to pay so much money and there is no job guarantee. The biggest problem is that if you get your flight education from other countries you can’t work in other countries. That means if you will get your licenses in US you will be able to work only in US or if you get your from licenses Poland you will not be able to work in the UK.
If you get your license in Europe, you will obtain an easa atpl. You can convert this from an easa to caa atpl or work for a European airline with a UK base. So basically it’s a lot cheaper to get a license in Europe and convert it or just work in Europe (higher paying pilot jobs in Eu countries).
I'll never be able to fund my training since i am not employed, because i cant be when doing my pilot training and being a pilot is what i want to be my job. My parents are relatively stable but they have barely any money left after paying all taxes and for food. There is absolutely no way anybody in my family will finance 80,000 to 120,000 pounds .__.
Another uncertainty is that you have no guarantee that you won't get half way through the program and lose your medical certificate. Stuff happens over which you have no control. I became myopic at age 17 . . . instant career change. Turned out OK, however.
@@stephencurry3124 Yes you can, and I flew as a private pilot for about 35 years, but I could not get a 2nd class medical which was required to be a commercial pilot. It varies depending on country and flight school, my nearest flight school has a programme I hope to get into which might get me a job with ryanair at the end which costs around €86,000. It's really not cheap but flight training to go commercial (airline pilot ect) could go anywhere from 75k to 100k
If you are looking to do it in the uk, don’t expect to pay less than £75k total. Do it in Europe in places like Spain, Czech, Greece, etc - you can expect to pay about 30k-40k total. Only downside you’ll get an easa atpl (can’t work in some places in UK unless you get a easa to CAA conversion).
The best way go about it if you’re sure that’s what you want to do is by joining the military, it is hard but at the least it takes away the financial risks
