    My pool is all shallow. Would you still recommend a flotation belt for jogging, etc or is it just for deep water? Thank you!

    Being a first timer watching your videos,you should probably display your own abs,at some point in the video.Give ppl a goal to look forward to.I don't want to listen to someone,with no decent abs,showing me,how to workout to get abs,js.
