Ah, classic DIY-ing: in order to make a project for free, we will need 5000€ laser and 300€/year software But the serious question be, how do you deal with hazardous fumes while cutting? Doesn't seem like this room is properly vented
When you finish the cutting, keep the pieces still in their place and then use the spray glue. That way when you remove the disposable parts you will have clean inserts that are not covered with glue.
Wonderfully useful video. I do similar things with the foam recycled from my own packages. Minus the laser cutter. Sure it might take a bit more time, but the end result is the same. A properly organized storage solution! If you value organization, then it is worth the time to do it, with or without the expense of a laser cutter. One thing I do add is I use a contrasting color of thin foam between layers to make the cutouts more visible.
I work IT and we changed a lot of network equipment... kept the foam and did exactly that with my leather working tool drawer... only I did it by hand, I dont have a laser cuter... one day maybe!
My parcels only arrive with a dozen or so mini air bags in them. Not really sure I'd want to try cutting those with a laser. On a side note, I've really been interested in a tabletop laser. I'm just waiting until they can cut at least 2.5mm thick steel.
Usually, i like your videos. But these one is useless for us mortals. Maybe you could have added that this video is only aimed at professionals. But then, they don't need your video. So.... Why?

Just use the link in the video description and you get 400$ off ;-)
With an active charcoal filter on the back of the machine and an exhaust on the right side of the room.
@@ETOE good to know! Thanks for staying safe, you are a treasure!

I wish I had done this. Decided last minute to go with spray adhesive so keeping the inserts is very helpful.
Ah some finishing touches!
Excellent video Martin! Hope you are doing well!

I love etoe restoration my #1 idol...👏👏👏
You've gone insane! $4500 for the "free" solution.
I've gone insane years before this video launched.
I like it better than a craft knife😊
Martin, please make more bicycle restoration videos
There are noy bicycles to restore anymore! Everyone does their bicycle themselves after I launched several hundred tutorials how to do it.
Epic.
Clever martin
this seems like an xtool ad to be honest
Martin is a personable guy, I'm glad he's venturing out promoting things he uses and believes in.

Thanks for you're videos. I hope some day you get the attention you're videos should get
I'm since 2010 on youtube and don't think there will change much during the next decade.

The problem you will run into are the power outlets on your table top if you like to cut steel ;-)
Can you take orders and cut a foam for us to buy? we will send a cut out to you and ship to us the foam?

To get some food on the table for my family. THATS WHY! Helpful videos for you bring exactly zero food on my table.
Really like the way you organize your shop, the artistic looks too!
I love the idea. Enough to straighten out every junk drawer
The video I need
