Ingredients:
400 g canned cooked chickpeas
300 g desalted cod crumbs
200 g spinach
800 ml of water (3 cups + 1/4)
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
1 piece of red pepper and another green
1 potato
1 bay leaf
2 tsp sweet paprika or paprika
A little saffron (0.4g), turmeric or food coloring
¼ tsp cumin
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (60 ml)
2 boiled eggs
A little parsley
Salt to taste
