I hope more parks start to offer this type of thrill on a coaster to help more people bridge the gap of intensity!

More storms? Sounds like the weather has been acting weird down there.
I was going to say that $35 was kind of high.
Looks like a cool ride - thanks for the ride share. Sea World needed a family friendly rollercoaster. Hopefully they will add more. You showed stairs - was that in the queue? I assume there is a way around them for people in wheelchairs - we would need that pathway. Thank goodness it isn't a wet ride - imagine going through the penguin exhibit with wet clothes! 😆 Be well.

Right? Lots of storms this month, or at least gloomy skies. The storms have started to slow down, but the rain is still existing ha.
There were stairs, yes! That's the queue I was trying to show, there's stairs up then stairs down. BUT! They asked if stairs were fine, and we said yes, so I think they know, and I believe there's an alternate route if you cannot use stairs. I don't know if its an elevator, or if they take people around haha. It was SOOOO cold, a water ride and then going in there would be HORRIBLE hahaha. Overall the ride was awesome, though, something I'm glad they added and I actually think it's going to be a lot of fun for many of the parkgoers.

It was awesome bumping into you guys in the park! I didn't actually ride Penguin Trek yet, turns out the express pass doesn't work on that ride unless you upgrade it xD
I'll come back rightttttt before closing so the line length is around 30 mins or less

Thank you for saying hey! It was great meeting you! That's a bummer you didn't get to ride 😕 I feel like they should include it, but I guess it makes sense when it first opens. I wonder if the purchased quick queue passes include it or not? I think you'll love the ride, though! Such a great attraction.

We live in San Antonio, Tx and our SeaWorld is so far behind. I used to love going as a child, but as times have changed and they've gone more to thrill rides it doesnt have that same heart and the rides are so painful.

I'm trying to remember if I went to that SeaWorld YEARS ago. I remember in like 2010 or so we went to San Antonio, went down to the Riverwalk area and did a lot of fun stuff! We checked out Schlitterbahn which was so cool to me haha, but I don't recall if we did SeaWorld or not. But I feel like Orlando really gets a lot of the new stuff in the states it seems, and the other parks don't quite get the same attention. But, it's felt like it's been a lot of big thrill rides, so Penguin Trek was a nice addition! Sometimes a little TLC on the rides can go a long way, too. So that's sad to know they're possibly not in great condition 😞

@Dillon.Thomas You may well have visited and just wasn't memorable lol. We LOVE Schlitterbahn, also been going since the 90s and its just as amazing despite the growth and being bought by Cedar Fair. We don't really have a desire to go to Volcano Bay because we have Schlitterbahn and I don't think they can compare LOL.

@@ShiaCharlene Oh! I didn't realize Cedar Fair purchased them. They're going to have quite the enterprise between everything and now Six Flags! I feel like I remember the yellow rollercoaster at the time, but I don't recall if that was SeaWorld or not haha. You may just be right, not memorable, but Schlitterbahn was! Volcano Bay is amazing, the theme alone and how they designed the park is incredible. But I can understand not feeling like anything would compete with the attractions, there was a LOT of attractions at Schlitterbahn however many years ago, I'm sure it's grown even more 🤯

@Dillon.Thomas Yeah the yellow one is the Steel Eel, or as I like to call it the tail bone breaker LOL. Cedar Fair has done some really good upgrades to the park since and overall I'm optimistic that they will continue to do good things at Schlitterbahn. You all should definitely make another trip out here to check out the parks down here again!

@ShiaCharlene there's a lot of parks in Texas I'd love to do, just have to make a trip! And if they're still greenlighting that universal park, I'd love to go when they open that, too.
