The only knock you or anyone has on Castle is his 3 point shooting which could easily develop in the NBA. He’s damn near elite at every other thing, great playmaker, amazing finisher, by far the best perimeter defender in this draft, solid mid range shooter. And if you actually watch him play you’d see a young Jimmy Butler
Exactly idk what bro talking about, if u don’t have a good three-point shot, it automatically means your “overrated” lol foh, he’ll obviously improve once he gets to the league
@@Loganandvintagejosnumber1h8r you can’t teach the other things but you can teach a three point shot and he’s not even horrible at it he’s just not at the level you’d want it to be at. Also W profile pic
Good takes. Definitely.a little hot, but solid points. 1.I'm definitely biased on Edey since I'm a Purdue guy and want to see him make some noise in the league. But I think the main counterpoint to your take is the fact that he has put in the work to become dominant collegiately. His mentality seems like a guy who will work to be solid in the NBA, solely because people are doubting him too much. I think he def makes a great 10-25 pick too, and needs the right team but he'll be fine on a few situations. 2. Bronny def isn't overhyped, because I don't see anyone hyping him. Not sure why they let him try to get drafted at this point, since it seems like he isn't trying to make it in the draft board. I also don't think it's great for his "storyline" to just squeak into the NBA rn instead of being a confident pick. Like LaMelo. 3. Ja'Kobe has a lot of risk and medium upside in my eyes too. 4. I think Clingan deserves more credit than being a discount Edey. He is a bit more mobile and I think he's a better perimeter shooter. Which is not enough to be like a breakout star yet, but could be the best of all 5 of these guys. 5. Stephon Castle is alright. He's fine. The 3 pt% is concerning, and I agree he would ideally stay another year.
How can you be overrated if you are projected to go undrafted? That's a contradiction. In fact, if anything, he's under-rated because some people think he shouldn't even be a D1 college player.
Agree 100% on the Zach take. The bronny thing I don't think he's over hyped bc I think everyone kinda knows it's more just for the story line. If anything people are being lenient saying his best case scenario is being an average guard. Which to me is the ceiling of a Matthew delevodova or Eric bledsoe type or even Patrick Beverly type where isnt even something
Pat Beverley is a proven defender, also coming out of High School he was a flat out scorer. Eric Bledsoe was also a great defender who made NBA All Defensive First team and he too could score when needed. Delladova was an All-American honorable mention in college and battled against NBA players in the Olympics for Team Australia. Now I have nothing against nepotism. Connections are everything, but let’s not act like Bronny is expected to be like the guys you mentioned
I think Zach can be a Steven Adam’s type player. Setting hard screens and getting 10+ rebounds.
Steven Adams a decent playmaker
Yea fair enough
If we’re talking about drafting Bronny is package with lebron. So that’s very good

Much love! I agree edey could pan out well in the right team situation

Fair enough, I’d classify em as overhyped moreso
Please never speak on Clingan or Castle every again, until your facts right
Uconn fans forgive me😂we shall see man
LeNepo is gonna cook Giannis Joker and Luka with his 4ppg, they'll never know what hit them!
Zach and James are Bears Top5
