They drew first blood! Those two painted models came out really cool, so much so that I'd love to see a tutorial! I've been "lurking" for a while, and I have to say the quality of painting on this channel keeps showing constant improvement. It's icing on the cake, considering this is not "just" a painting channel per-se... Also, I really like the style on this models, thanks for introducing the game!
THEY! DREW! FIRST! BLOOD! Honestly, I've been so intimidated away from Wargames (though one of your earlier vids encouraged me to pick up and try Malifaux and I've been really loving painting those up and learning how to play! Even started with a Colette crew!) But UNDEAD ROMANS? And honestly those Orcs are some of the best looking I've seen. The aesthetic might juuuuust be enough to push me over the edge (not to mention it looks a LOT less scary to learn than WH.) For what it's worth, I think the purple undercoat REALLY shines in the Orc mini. He looks so vibrant and it compliments the greens so nicely!
If you wanna give Battletech a shot I'd recommend it. Easy to play and cheap to get into, especially its very simple rule variation set called Alpha Strike.
They drew first blood! I picked up some of these models because I loved the style and the larger size! I feel like they give you so much ability to play with how you paint them and they’re so unique. It’s really nice finding non-GW minis that are such high quality!
They drew first blood ! Congratulations with your great channel here. You're the only You tuber (so far) that I love to listen to. Bravo for that ! Also keep giving those Black Templar some love ! Fantastic giveaway ! This looks like a great game. I'm very intrigued about the miniatures size. I love to paint different scales. The two armies in the box look great ! Love the Orks with Dinosaurs theme ! And those zombie Romans would be a joy to paint , I bet. The other factions look great as well. My first choice would be the Norse & Dwarfs faction , but who can choose with all those great factions. Keep up the great work and channel ! Grtz
The orcs from this game actually look super cool! I've always been a fan of both orcs and the lizardman from warhammer, and this just mixes them right up into the perfect army they drew first Blood
"they drew first Blood" Been watching your channel for a while now and I just enjoy the energy and fun you bring to the miniature wargaming scene Conquest the last argument of kings aka CLAK sounds and looks like a fun game to play and paint up Hope your channel continues to grow and that you enjoy painting those models up
they drew first Blood Seems like an interesting wargame I'll take a look at the minis of the 6 factions and see if one of them really stands out like Necron or Soulblight Gravelords did. Would be fun to see you plaint some of these figures or a challange to paint an army in a week or something not too insane (for you that is :D 1 army in 1 week for me is impossible )
Nice video ! I'm not that enthousiast about the minis (that I found a bit too classic for my taste), but I think we can all agree that the starter box is really well thought out. There are a lot of QoL items (such as the small booklet with the differents armies they advice you to build, such a simple yet brilliant idea). I can see they have done an extensive market study, where they analyzed what worked and what didn't with warhammer's or mantic's starter boxes. I'm intrigued to see how it plays out !
They drew first blood! I am so excited about this game and I can´t wait for some more content from you on it. I would particularly love your take on the basing involving the bigger movement tray, it just gives so much room to almost make it a tiny diorama!
They drew first blood! Always exciting to see new war games and model lines appearing! Those 2 painted minis look stunning, particularly the ork! As a 40k ork collector the different style of ork seems super fun to try painting. Keep up the awesome videos!
They drew first blood! And make CLAK happen! And I have to say, I have been watching your videos for a while now and it’s been so cool to see how your painting has improved and changed. Thank you for being such a positive force of good in the community.
They drew first Blood! Really beautiful models. Ever since I got into 3D printing I have been missing the model building aspect of the hobby and these just look so enticing to build!
Really pleased to see you jumping onto Conquest. 40k is an okay game and there are many other brilliant games out there that are worthy of your attention. For instance, Don't Look Back, Relic Blade, A Song of Ice and Fire, Frostgrave/Stargrave, Silver Bayonet etc.
They drew first blood! As always great paintjobs on these guys Love to see whatever you’ve been working on it is a great source of advice and inspiration for miniature painting
They drew first blood! Thanks for the lovely intro of Conquest. Was just this weekend researching it but information about it are scarce. Now I know that I want it.
They drew first blood ! I have been playing Conquest for a while now and I have to say I love it ! Para Bellum Have done a great job the mini's just get better and better. I had one issue - missing a sprue and they asked me some basic questions and set out the sprue. They were a pleasure to deal with. I love the fact the company wants the community to be involved with the game design and lore. They actively want feed back. OH and did I mention it is a real fun game to paint and play. My friend painted the Spires as bugs, They look great on the table. Jay you will have a great time with this game.
They drew first blood! The minis look absolutely amazing, I'm still starting out with my own mini painting journey and I'm looking for ways to branch out from Warhammer minis, mostly because of the price. But also for different subjects to paint.
They drew first blood! I got a Clak Starter Box Already and working on painting spire and 100 Kingdoms. Looking forward to see more CLAK on this channel :)
They drew first blood! I am starting to collect the miniatures for this game. Thank you for the video going over it in such details. It has really fueled my excitement. I think this game needs a lot more hype behind it. Keep the great videos coming!
they drew first Blood Please do a video about your working place and behind the scenes, what type of table / chairs do you use yo avoid backpain? What type of light do you use to paint at night ? Also the brushes etc. Love your contents keep going!
They drew first blood! I've been watching all of your videos in preparation of starting my first 40k models with my girlfriend and have fallen in love with the hobby of it through the channel. This game looks like a fun little game to get into as well.
They drew first blood! Been wanting to get into Conquest for a couple months now, the minis look gorgeous and the rules seemed really pleasant during a demo I got at my flgs. Now that Im starting to see it everywhere Im being more and more persuaded into starting a collection, this might have been the little kick in the rear I needed
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD!!! The faction leaders in this box set are bad ass!!! The Orcs truly look menacing and would be terrifying to face in battle. Amazing paint job by the way! It’s both inspiring and motivating to see how far your skills have come since your very first videos.
THEY DREW THE FIRST BLOOD I really love the models, the heroes seem really big, almost like a 54mm mini, I haven' t been this excited about fantasy models in a while
They drew first blood! Quite a cool look looking wargame, I love the smaller skirmish games, allows your minis to have much more character and interplay with your opponent!
They drew first blood! My LGS has slowly started adding in Conquest, and with hobby dollars running tight, a 2 player start set would be a great way to get myself up to speed, and Orcs with dinosaurs is all really needed to pitch to get me invested
"They drew first blood!" Just got back into mini painting/wargaming after about 12 years away from the hobby and it's nice to see just how much it has grown! Tons of cool stuff and as someone who bought multiple editions of books for Warhammer Fantasy, 40k, and Warmachine, it's refreshing to see a company make rules updates freely available.
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD! The painted minis turned out great, and I'm so happy to see that CLAK is sticking around and picking up steam! I've always wanted to give it a try but haven't taken the plunge.
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD!!! Your painted minis came out great! undead roman legionnaires and dino riding orcs are something I didn't realize I needed in my life until now. So awesome
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD! As some who's new to war gaming and miniature painting, this would be a dream come true. Having a whole starter box to split with one of my friends would be amazing. But as I said im new to war gaming and mini painting so I don't think I could really give the models the paint job they deserve. So I hope someone far more talented than I ends up with it!
"They drew first blood!" Fingers crossed, these minis look sick! Been watching this channel for months now, plus y'all helped me out when one of my squid mages came broken! Love yall!
They drew first blood! I'm still new to the wargaming scene-- Warhammer being my entryway drug of course haha-- but Conquest sounds so cool! I love those models so much, and honestly the slightly bigger scale makes me appreciate them more for some reason. I might have to be lookin' into these guys, the semi-historical factions with fantastical twists are so fun! And those paint jobs too, wow! I've lurked and watched on and off for a while now, and every time you whip out an amazing paint job
I play several different wargames currently and have played a few others in the past and imo Conquest has the best gameplay of all of those I've played. No convoluted rules like in a lot of the GW offerings and the gameplay is a lot more interactive. It's basically impossible for a player to win without the other getting a chance like can happen often in 40k. I highly recommend checking it out!
They drew first blood! I would love to paint up some conquest minis, as I've been looking to play with scale some more. And those sculpts are beautiful.
They drew first blood! I just watched Ebay Miniature rescue's video on painting a CLAK dwarf for goobertown hobbies; it looks like an awesome game with awesome minis
They drew first blood! Loved both the painted minis, the Orc reminded me of Warcraft but not as cartoony. If I were to paint the Roman dudes I'd go all Asterix on them. Looking forward to seeing more non-GW from EoB!
They drew first blood! One of the things that you showed on the video that interests me is that movement tray with the slots for the circular bases. I like circular bases for skirmish games, and it's cool that one can use those same minis for the rank and flank version of the game without needing an alternate army in square bases.
they drew first Blood What a box! It is similar to the Kill Team Starter Set (which was a smaller Octarius box, but also good value for money): Compact rules, small handy rulebook, fun introductory missions. Also the Conquest factions seem familiar for a fantasy setting but they a have a unique twist i really like (like orcs riding dinosaurs)
They drew first blood!!! After finishing my 2,000 point Death Guard army I realized that playing a full game of Warhammer 40k just took too much time. Not to say that I don't have fun, I still very much do, but after playing skirmish games like Kill Team and Star Wars legion I found them more exciting and easier to follow. So seeing more skirmish-size war games always gets me pumped and the fact that it's fantasy really has me excited to try! Also less minis so my wallet thanks me lol.
They drew first blood! Your videos have made me go full steam into the hobby. Hadn’t picked up a miniature since high school. Now I’m knee deep in space marines and orks . I will never financially recover from this…. Thank you!
They drew first blood! Also super excited for the Dino riding orks, but gotta say the other half of the box looks cool too... now to find friends that'll actually play!
they drew first Blood!! i'd love to try this game, my friend literally has had an undead roman legion theme going on our dnd games for years! he would be obsessed with this game
they drew first Blood Nice looking minis, your paint job really makes them pop more than the slightly darker shots from the website, especially on the W'adrhun leader. I would also love to see more of the painting challenges, some of my favourite vids plus we get to see lots of painted minis and even better if Nick joins in as well!
Slings have crazy velocity and you have theoretically infinite ammo, so it's a good ranged weapon for a unit at medium range or for a backup for a hero. Good to see some slings in a game.
"They drew first blood!" I was eying this startset, thanks for the review! The models of conquest look amazing. Love the Roman esthetic on those undead!
"They drew first Blood" This starter box is awesome! I would love to win it for my husband! His birthday is september 12th, so this box would be the perfect gift!

“They drew first blood!” Jay I’ve been watching you for about a week and I CANNOT STOP your videos are so fun and entertaining! The amount of eob in my watch history... ITS AMAZING!!
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD !!! Just saw this video a few hours ago and been surfing all the Conquest Stuff since then. Gotta go with this game now. You made me do it.
They drew first blood! The larger scale seems really cool and I've been needing a game to play with my friends so having a starter box would kick ass! I'm totally going to use the opportunity to practice weathering on those romans!
They drew first blood! Orcs on dinos, heck yeah! I stopped by this booth at Gencon, but didn't end up doing a demo for it, so I didn't get whatever models they were handing out. The game looks rad, though!
„They drew first blood!“ Love your videos man, they help me so much with my own painting and I always get inspired to paint new and experimental stuff. Keep up the great work.
I really like the two rulebooks, you can have both players familiarize themselves with the rules before meeting for the actual game. Or just plant this at someone's desk and hope they are intrigued enough to play with you. Either way, They drew first blood
They drew first blood!!! The aesthetic and lore behind the old dominion is so cool. This box would be great to split with my wargaming buddy since the rules seem very streamlined and we rarely have time to play a game of 40k. That verdigris effect looked phenomenal for a first attempt, a full tutorial would be epic.
They drew first blood. I just bought a massive Drakerys Kickstarter bundle for an absolute song. It was the all in bundle valued at more than $800. I bought it for $180. It is also a faction skirmish game.
They drew first blood! The painted minis look nice. Never would have considered that there might be different painting challenges for them due to being a slightly larger scale
They drew first blood! These starter sets look so well thought out. What a great idea to include 2 rulebooks in them. I'm going to see if anyone at my FLGS would want to try this game, and maybe split a box.
They drew first blood! Jay those hero models are heckin rad. You went beast mode can’t wait to see them all painted up. Your getting me kinda pumped for this game not gonna lie.
They drew first blood! I love this game and played the first iteration but unfortunately haven't found the time or resources to get into this one, can't wait to see where this goes!
They drew first blood! CLAK, seems like a good time. Plus, anytime I can get two sides in one box is a plus because I don’t need to talk someone else in to spending money to play with me.
They drew first blood! I never make comments but these models are absolutely worth it. Ever time I go to my local game store, I stare longingly at the Conquest models. If nothing else they are fantastic models with the potential to be a really fun game.
They drew first blood. Not me, sir. Wow, what a wonderful way to package a box. This short introduction really makes you want to play the game. Wonderful job!
They drew first blood! Those two painted models came out really cool, so much so that I'd love to see a tutorial! they had the Helm of Many Eyes!
Dude, that's Rambo. This isn't the first time you've compared your life to John Rambo
Not me!

ClaK is better than Conquest. I own a conquest miniatures board game from the 1990s. That name is taken!!
They drew first blood!
I am so excited about this game and I can´t wait for some more content from you on it. I would particularly love your take on the basing involving the bigger movement tray, it just gives so much room to almost make it a tiny diorama!
"They drew first blood!"
The exarch model looks exactly like the guilliman horus heresy model, even up to being roman themed
How…?

I was recently introduced to Conquest, love the sculpts I’ve seen so far!
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD. That is an amazing box set. I have been eyeing this game system for a while now. Awesome video as always. Keep it up!!!

Also super excited for the Dino riding orks, but gotta say the other half of the box looks cool too... now to find friends that'll actually play!
They drew first blood!
I love the larger minis and your painting of the Predator was phenomenal.
they drew first Blood!! i'd love to try this game, my friend literally has had an undead roman legion theme going on our dnd games for years! he would be obsessed with this game
they drew first Blood
Nice looking minis, your paint job really makes them pop more than the slightly darker shots from the website, especially on the W'adrhun leader. I would also love to see more of the painting challenges, some of my favourite vids plus we get to see lots of painted minis and even better if Nick joins in as well!
They drew first blood!
Being mainly into 40k until now this game system looks so dope and the minis look so good!
Slings have crazy velocity and you have theoretically infinite ammo, so it's a good ranged weapon for a unit at medium range or for a backup for a hero. Good to see some slings in a game.
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD!!
Models look clean! Can't wait to see more! and maybe get my grubby little hands on some
"They drew first blood!"
I was eying this startset, thanks for the review! The models of conquest look amazing. Love the Roman esthetic on those undead!
"They drew first Blood"
This starter box is awesome! I would love to win it for my husband! His birthday is september 12th, so this box would be the perfect gift!
Thanks honey ! Love you !!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
They drew first blood! Both factions look great and you did a great job painting them up.

I've always been interested in Conquest, but never felt I had the money for it, and of course your painting stellar as always
“They drew first blood!”
Jay I’ve been watching you for about a week and I CANNOT STOP your videos are so fun and entertaining! The amount of eob in my watch history... ITS AMAZING!!
"They drew first blood!" Been loving the smaller, skirmish games. Playing a couple of games in a single evening is awesome.
They drew first blood , I'm always excited to see how you paint your minis. and what shenanigans you guys get up to.
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD !!!
Just saw this video a few hours ago and been surfing all the Conquest Stuff since then. Gotta go with this game now. You made me do it.
They drew first blood!! Zombie Romans is all I ever wanted, I just didn't know it until now! Excellent paint job as usual! Keep up the great work!
They drew first blood!

They drew first blood! I absolutely love the bigger scale, lots of room to experiment despite the overdetailed sculpts.
I've just gotten into miniature painting with Warhammer (I'm 30 in a few months), boy was I blind to the possibilities!
They drew first blood! These starter sets look so well thought out. What a great idea to include 2 rulebooks in them. I'm going to see if anyone at my FLGS would want to try this game, and maybe split a box.
Oh man, I just started getting into 40k. Been loving your channel but you can suck me into another game so quickly!
Also, they drew first blood!
They drew first blood! Jay those hero models are heckin rad. You went beast mode can’t wait to see them all painted up. Your getting me kinda pumped for this game not gonna lie.
They drew first blood!
This box looks amazing. I like that all the minis, at least in this video, have unique designs especially the spire.
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD!!!! Good looking models gonna have to look into that game.
They drew first blood! I love this game and played the first iteration but unfortunately haven't found the time or resources to get into this one, can't wait to see where this goes!
They drew first blood!
Thanks so much for showing off some different games. I love seeing what’s out there!
They drew first blood!
Love the orc models, they are truly unique!
They drew first blood!
CLAK, seems like a good time. Plus, anytime I can get two sides in one box is a plus because I don’t need to talk someone else in to spending money to play with me.
They drew first blood. I’ve watched a few games of Conquest, courtesy of Play On Tabletop, and it seems like a cool game to get into
They drew first blood!
The orcs being on dinos is sucha cool touch, if I picked up the game it would be those models for sure, they are all so sick
They drew first blood! I’m having a blast painting a two player box set for AoS,,wouldn’t hurt to have another ;)
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD!!! Awesome job on those two minis - they came out looking great!
they drew first blood!
Looking forward to seeing you paint the rest of that box!
They drew first blood
I absolutely love the Old Dominion models, super cool looking roman anesthetic.
They drew first blood
I really like the minis, I’d probably proxy them in AOS though
They drew first blood! Amazingly painted models!
