Very interesting video. I happened to look up the ingredients to the Flo supplement and it contains titanium dioxide, which is a known carcinogen. I would like to get the doctor’s opinion on that one.
Thank you for posting this. That's a big no for me personally. I'm not about to support someone who says they understand hormonal imbalance yet puts ingredients in their products that messes with your hormones. It's sad. Maybe one day they'll change it.
This was being discussed in the 80's and 90's in the media and far more openly amongst women but still no one cared, so help didn't progress. Plus men were in charge of this area of healthcare which is bizarre. I want to see men pushed out of this area of healthcare completely.
Because of Lauryn's bad advice/obsession with lymphatic drainage I used a jade roller and now have a huge lump on my forehead that drs say was caused by jade rolling and will not go away unless I get surgery which will cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket- thanks!! PSA: Don't take advice from people on the internet.
Honestly I’ve been to more bad female gynecologist then male ones. I had endometriosis and no female gyno wanted to help me, I had great surgery with a male gyno.
Fairly new to listening to them, and while they have good guests. I can’t get over their studio, and preferring to be seated much higher up than their guests. It’s really odd to put a physical power imbalance in a studio, makes absolutely no sense, & frankly seems ego driven. Kinda ruins the podcast host for me.
I've seen other people comment on the height difference but I can't see it BC the camera is always on them or on the guests. I only see table, no table.

I love how professional Dr. Shepard is. Can I be her patient!? ❤
Can’t wait for this one!
Yes, I loved the episode ❤
