I don't really like Andy (and later Erin). They are both great people, and hilarious, but they are too good for the show. It was always the crazy Michael and his staff of (somewhat) normal people and then these two very talented and obvious entertainers were brought in. They could just as much be the leading roles in a professional-level musical.

I don't know about Andy being too good for the show. I do feel the show would've been better without him though.
