It's easy to defend them when you know they won't get past the gate and armed security in their rich neighborhoods. All you have to do to see the truth is look at how they handled Abbott sending illegals to Martha's Vineyard. I had a stroke and my truck broke down, I probably would have been ok if not for the lockdowns and mandates ( I was out west when this all started). I should be back on my feet by the end of this year but I do hope that everyone will get to a better place in life soon.

There's a swimming hole in the creek in our community where locals cool off. One day there were a lot of outsiders there, and not a local in sight. After five pickups of locals rolled up, the outsiders left. Nobody made a threat, pulled a gun, or did anything belligerent. Nobody wants violence, but we got the point across that we will protect our community.

Seriously, the only reason why I was against it back when he was declaring he would build it was because I simply didn't know how bad it was. I thought the money would have been better spent re-building our infrastructure. Now that I know how bad it has been I regret not supporting it back then.

I'll give you an example of an illegal alien who has contributed much to our country. P.A. came to the USA illegally and was granted amnesty. He subsequently brought his children. He had several successful businesses creating employment in our community. His children also run several different businesses and are highly successful. His grandchildren are model citizens who consider English their primary language. Secondary to this one immigrant there are now more than 100 citizens and hundreds employed in our local area. P.A died last year being a proud American.
Immigration can be fixed. No one wishes to do yet.
