Great video now I can fix mine ... I had some gronk try and break into mine and they bent the pillar trim up

Do you replace the back trim panel same way? Remove the rubber panel its seems hard to do. Is there a video you can share

Why you spray it? Is it sylicone spray to avoid squeqs or whats the purpose of it?

Yes, you have to be very careful when removing the trim as it's very very easily bent when temoving

The door cards need to come off first and then I believe there are 2 or 3 T30 torx screws holding it on

No there are 3 T25 screws that hold them in place

Much more involved, have to take the rear window out the seal and the upper and lower window trims
