Ellie, You are such a lovely person so full of joy. I love your shawls so very much. My skills may not be up to that complexity. However, I would simply watch you showing off all those gorgeous shawls that I cannot get my eyes off of. Maybe I'll get myself up to doing the Sugar Plum shawl. If my work looks good, I'll send it to you. I keep good notes of the authors and designers names so the credit goes to the deserving persons.
Hi Ellie I love all these videos to see all your beautiful shawls. The lace ones are gorgeous so delicate and they are so dressy over the shoulder. Thanks for sharing xx
All your crescent shawls are just beautiful Ellie! I can’t believe that you have beads on some of them too! I haven’t knitted any shawls yet but would very much like to try, but am a little apprehensive. I have been searching for shawl kits, but have had no luck so far. However, after seeing all your absolutely gorgeous knits, I will have to try a little harder 🥰. Cheers & many thanks for showing them 😘🥰😍❤️💕😊
Thanks for sharing , absolutely amazing , have you noticed a bit of a trend going on,? They seem to be getting longer and longer , bigger and bigger , wow!so much knitting stay safe xx
Ellie I have loved this series!! What beautiful lace, you are far braver than I!! I love a crescent shawl as well. My favourite shawl to wear these days is a one skein crescent one by Justyna Lorkowska called “Close to You”...just in case you need a 32nd shawl!😂🤣🤪
I love this . Your shawls are absolutely beautiful Ellie. I love how you wear them in different ways depending where you are, what sort of outfit you have on and the weather. So versatile. The colours you choose are gorgeous too. Great fun. Thank you 🌺
Loved seeing all your shawls Ellie, they are beautiful. ❤❤ I recently made a lace shawl by New Leaf Deigns and loved working on it. I'm now making the Dohne shawl with aran wool, it's so cosy. I think I'm becoming obsessed with making shawls 🤣🤣❤
Hi this is my first time watching. I’m so impressed with your crescent shawls. I just bought the pure joy pattern. Love the colorway you chose. What size needle did you use if you remember? Can’t wait to link to your other podcasts. Hope your safe during this aweful time. Where do you live? I’m in Baltimore, Maryland.
Welcome Pat! So glad you liked it! I am from Norwich in the UK. So lovely to connect with people all over the world! I used 4mm needles for the pure joy. Thank you so much for watching x
All I hear these days is that people go out of their way to find patterns that do not contain the purl stitch (I find this weird, but ....🤔😳). Yet you’re showing beautiful pieces of work “with an easy lace stitch” and beaded! Your amazing. I still don’t know that I have a preference as they are all so different but all beautiful. You’ll have to get a rotating clothes hanging stand so you can see them all.😆. Thanks for showing these, it’s been a pleasure. From Australia 🐨🐨🦘🦘

🕊❤️👍🏻
Do you have shawls you wear over the shoulders?
I do wear some of my shawls over the shoulder, it depends on what I am wearing with it rather than the shape of the shawl x
