Luxury house's should also not contain plastic walls around the tub. These are not luxurious items. You expect to see these in modest homes.
Super Nice...... Lord Have Mercy!
Beautiful
I would've expected a much nicer fireplace with stone or marble going all the way up to the ceiling. This house is gorgeous though.
Wow! now this home beautiful 🏡
Very nice house especially with it being 4 sides brick. The black faucets and shower heads are fixtures while things like ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators are appliances.
@@anderra88 yes but I’m not sure if the black was standard or an upgrade, this particular house had all the upgrades except the tile showers
I'm guessing black faucets in the shower are upgrades. Black faucets generally cost more money than other types. I do like the black faucets. Makes it look more luxurious.
No plastic tub no carpet in luxury homes
@@adrianeknox242 I told yall what the builder said… that’s why they do it
I've never heard someone call a faucet an appliance...😃😀 Let's say bathtub enclosures not plastic ..😀😀 A real test would be if you can fit in the primary bathtub not the shower...😯
Ok. You're right. No luxurious home should have bathtub enclosures. You expect to see things like this is a much, much cheaper house.
More like 650,000 but nice space
Omg so beautiful ❤
love jack and jills!
Gorgeous 😍
I prefer no carpet due to my allergies. 🤧
Lovely 😍
Really nice.
I LIKE THE HOUSE. THE HOMES LOOK LIKE THEY WERE BUILT ON Farm LAND,TOO RURAL AND DEAD.
Why didn't they take the tile in the master bathroom up to the ceiling? Why did they leave a few inch gap. All the way up to the ceiling people. A few extra pieces of tile aren't going go break the bank and will make a world of difference.
My thoughts exactly. It costs $500 to extend to the ceiling…
im claiming this house floorplan on an unfinished basement! I'll contact you when im ready! Give me a year lol
@@crystyle_atl let’s get it
Have you checked or seen any new homes in the East Cobb area?
@@gregorymoss8462 I haven’t had a client out that way in awhile
Had to re upload
Lost me after the front door-WHY DO MOST OF THESE FLOOR PLANS HAVE THE STAIRWELL RIGHT AT THE FRONT DOOR? I need to talk to the builder.
@@Michellemybell739 they do that a lot
Not living in it so I concerned about cleaning the tub that’s a bunch of crap
Cleaning those plastic tub surrounds is no easy task. They're a pain to clean. I've cleaned many in my day. My neighbor just got a tub enclosure and paid 11k for plastic. I was like WTH. You overpaid. I did my tub surround with tile and glass backsplash and paid about 1500, which included the material and labor.
Sorry about the volume
Damn straight. It's not a luxury house if it contains wall to wall carpeting in any part of the house. It just looks too basic.
@@genew5758 luxury is based off the price, but carpet is a preference to a lot of people
True, some may prefer carpeting. Carpeting gets old and dirty quickly, so why not just put down hardwood flooring or LVP flooring. To me, luxury means, high end finishes throughout the house with all the bells and whistles. Don't get me wrong. This house is gorgeous. Was not too sure if there was a pool or not. Luxurious homes should have a nice inground pool in the backyard. I know some don't want pools because of maintenance, but it's almost expected in certain price points.

Luxury is not derivative of how expensive it is. Luxury is the aspects and characteristics that differentiate that of which is considered luxury and that of which is not. It’s the higher quality, craftsmanship/design, durability, performance, desirability, scarcity and exclusivity when compared to other comparable counterparts in which makes something luxury.
Expensive price is derivative of luxury goods. So quartz countertops cost more than porcelain countertops because of these factors relating to its distinctive attributes aforementioned.
@@lewiel3289 when selling homes it’s price point
@@FrederickMitchellJRlocation determines price point.
Thats no a weird statement
Hate that carpet
How much is it
$765k or $830k with a basement
$765k or $830k with a basement
How much are the taxes
@@mikecollins2084 new construction so the first years taxes are going to be low, but the second years taxes are going to jump a lot
A ballpark figure?
@@mikecollins2084 it’s going to be probably less than $1k the first year because you’re only paying taxes on the empty lot but it’s going to go up drastically the second year
Nope not worth it
👁
Way overpriced, I thought max would be $549k, I can see a luxury home with carpet but def not the plastic/acrylic showers, bathrooms were also way too small for a luxury home, with the exception of the master bath
Not living in it so I concerned about cleaning the tub that’s a bunch of crap
