Gorgeous- but I wonder why they went with a lighter brown flooring- in a home that size I would think a slightly darker wood might warm it up and make it feel more homey..?
@@Integratedcraig you can always warm it up with darker furniture, rugs, furnishings, etc.. The black accent wall & kitchen finishes wouldn’t transition well with a darker brown in my opinion.

Although sliding glass doors are aesthetically pleasing, people often have problems with water seepage after high winds. I'm a fan of glass sliders myself, however with everything else this home is packed with, I'd still move in lol

Nice but the Owners Suite did not impress me and the laundry room, too small. Love the Kitchen and the light fixtures throughout the home.
