What struck me the most is the simplicity of your questions. And how applicable it is to a life lived. One would think a man like you would have complex questions. And the way you live your questions is an eye opener for me too. My questions are probably "what is this?" (Referring to reality) "why am I here?", "what is the meaning of life?" and "why does it matter?"

@@TheChopraWell you are most welcome. I find your content very enjoyable and inspiring. I'm going to start living my questions too. Especially "why am I here?" and "what is this (reality)?" While you were speaking about you "what am I?" Question I could see in my minds eye the silent observer behind the veil observing all. I don't know why it is there but it is. It was a watershed moment for me to experience this. It reminded me of Terry Pratchett's character Death who knows all and is always watching and waiting. Maybe not exactly the same but I got a similar feeling to what I feel when I imagine Death's character. Thank you again. I always have fun watching your messages.

Awareness or consciousness exists and is outside of time, matter, and space, but that does not mean that time, matter, and space is self-created nor does not exist without experience. Is there a power outside humans? Yes. If so does it interface with the human experience? Yes. Gratitude is the response.

⚠️ Deepak, don't you notice that you only have identified yourself creating something bigger than your current "yourself", to justify the continuation of what you believe to be an imortal soul, or consciousness ? Certainly you can't trust any belief system. They are only beliefs, and "Belief has no place, as long as truth is concerned". So, instead of believe and accepting something, why not investigate based on facts, not illusions ? Since every belief system ( AKA spirituality ) has different approaches, just prove that they are wrong. Most of them agree on one single point: "something" survives after death, but this something is not awareness. The content of the consciousness stays in the brain, and is thought, being a material process. Thus, no awareness survives after death, when the physical brain, and the mind dies. For thousands of years, men have created many theories about what happens when they die. But they never ask where they were before coming here. Is there any problem at all if there's nothing after death ? Human beings are so greedy, that being only dust for 13.7 billion years, and having the chance to stay on this world for a while and experience awareness, they think more and more, and want this thing to be continued on another life. What if death is just a sleep without dreams ? Everyday we die ! And are born again the next day. Where are your friends when you're not thinking about them ? Look, indeed, we never face death, because when we are, there's no death, and when there's death, we are no more. Death doesn't cause fear, but the process of dying, pain, several days or weeks at a hospital, but if you knew that you would simply sleep and never wake up again, what's the problem at all ? But we create thousands of things in order to avoid that, it's part of our survival instinct. Life and death should be easier, but people avoid talking, facing these subjects, or stick to any belief system, to give them confort, and ultimately security, physical and psychological security. Security is the ultimate goal for human beings, since the dawn of civilization, because nothing is possible without feeling secure. So, they elaborate theories and more theories, based on old teachings, whatever the old people were, and the older, the more respectable, or they try to hide from death, for fear of losing everything they are attached. It should be far more simple to face things as they really are ! Peace, wisdom and love ! 🙏🙏👍❤️

@@jacyoliozabogio6213 Since we can't achieve the truth by seeking, one can think whatever he/she wants. That doesn't change the facts. Thinking is just a process based on a series of beliefs, personal, and ultimately conditioning by a gathered framework ( school, parents, society, education ), which means the personal history, i.e, the past. But I'm not against any thinking process, I'm just saying that whatever you seek, you will find. So, what about not seeking at all ? What about just be opened and let the truth reveal to ourselves ? 🙏👍❤️

@@usr909 Hello, it's a beautiful model what you brought about. I thought many times this way. By knowing nothing, I can't exclude any possibility. I'm 56 now. On the mean time, I already was a Christian, read the whole bible for many years, but things did not fit well, so I moved along, went to study the world, and research many other possibilities. I read Deepak Chopra, J. Krishnamurti ( which I still watch his videos ), Eckhart Tolle, Allan Watts, Sadhguru, and many other people, philosophers and mystics ( but they have their own views about life. There's one thing I agree with Krishnamurti, is that "there's no spiritual authority, and we can't depend on other people's experiences. Truth is a pathless land" ). So, this is a never ending research. On this century, we have all these reality discussions, with science, specially quantum mechanics, and the possibility of parallel universes, multiple realities, multidimensional universes, and the study of consciousness ( which is way broader than awareness ). This is a fascinating time to live, specially after all these studies of near desth experiences, stories of children who talk about past lives... Well, my real world experience is limited on this field, but I have experienced some rare, odd and strange phenomena all these years which defy logic and physics explanations. I can't say, though if these were human energies, outside energies ( like non corporeal intelligences ), or cosmic intelligence, or both. Obviously, there are many forces acting on this "reality", ( This i know for a fact ), other than that, i can only speculate, like: "May be aliens are among us and they were since the dawn of civilization", "the journey of the soul after death and reincarnation", "the multidimensional character of consciousness"... I'm all ears, no closed doors to the possibilities, but on researching these areas, we should consider the logic, the facts, and the whole nature of these phenomena. Thanks for your insights. 🙏🙏👍❤️

Beautiful. "I am an infinite being having a finite experience ". I was going to say we are pieces (finite) of OM (infinite) which is pretty much synonymous. Our awareness continues after the physical body/world ends. It continues after the astral body/world ends (meditation collapses the astral body/world (mental plane. Then awareness continues after the ethereal body/world collapses(also via meditation it collapses) wherein we fly on the wings of perception not vexed by the parameters of perception of the human form (sensory experience) physical or celestial. Formlessly merged (Yogad) with OM. The awareness is the constant (eternal property) the is always there in the human form (physical or celestial) or in formlessness...merged in a state of Yoga with OM. The living primordial OM that was in the beginning, is now and will be eternally.
