I was especially impressed with the insight that viable seeds are just "condensed" genetic and epigenetic memories waiting to be "turned on" to start the cycle of "individual life." Deepak Chopra, have you heard of the immortal jellyfish? It is a unique and utterly fascinating animal with a life cycle that backs up your theories about the process of life, death, renewal etc. The immortal jellyfish is an actual animal species that "never" dies. The juvenile jellyfish polyp grows, goes through a developmental process, and becomes an adult. After a certain period of time as an adult the immortal jellyfish REVERTS to its immature polyp state, sinks to the bottom of the ocean and the whole life cycle starts all over again. This jellyfish literally never dies. What's particularly fascinating here is that the jellyfish renews itself by reverting to its "embryonic" polyp state. Other creatures, and people, according to spiritual theories in Buddhism, Hinduism, etc., are renewed by death and reincarnated. In your book Life after Death you said that death is how the universe renews itself. Most importantly fully aware of shortcomings of human designing. Limitations is only controllers of free wills and egos components.

I tried to get my hands on the Ageless Body, Timeless Mind audiobook but it is very expensive so I need to save up for it or get the ebook. I don't mind reading but I find it difficult to concentrate when reading so I have to take regular breaks. What I want to know is does Ageless Body, Timeless Mind have anti-aging exercises. I would really like to implement anti-aging practices in my regimen. I had a fascination with time when I was younger. My fascination with time has evolved into a fascination with consciousness and the nature of reality. A good book to read about how time flows in different ways is Einstein's Dreams by Alan Lightman. I found it to be an interesting and insightful read. I'm very fond of Lightman's writing and my favourite book is probably a book he penned called Mr G. Thanks for today's message.
