Remember eating there back in '75-'76, when our BYU-Hawaii Campus Jazz Band was touring the local high schools. Still recall how fresh the noodles were, made on site right in plain view! Our music director, Dr. Richard "Cat" Ballou took us there to have lunch and was commenting on how he loved to dunk his won tons into the fresh hot mustard they made there. Well, he got a little over zealous and completely soaked a won ton in the hot mustard, then devouring it in a couple of bites. You could just about see the smoke coming out of his ears as his eyes watered over and his nose began running! 🫢🫨😭😱🤯 We all cracked up laughing!! 🤣😂😅🤣

This is always our first stop after landing in Kauai! Love the food. The saimin is great the next morning for breakfast!
