@@munanchoinc If only they had to opportunity to make an updated version of Skyrim on more powerful hardware. Oh wait…
25:38 you can't fool me that's Sigurd with a fake mustache
He left Belethor because his sister actually got sold by Belethor, now he wants to be a Lumberjack.

I read this and I just thought Fire Emblem, damn it
You see all this cut content should have been added to ps4, xbox one versions of Skyrim. Like they could have done what the Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom re-hydrated is doing where they're adding the cut content that didn't make it in the game the first time.
That requires actual effort though
Yeah it honestly would have been cool
@@charliekelly7515 yeah true something Bethesda doesn't know
The cut content should have been on PC in the first place. PC could handle it.
CRF, my friend
I love the lokir is yelling at ulfric when he's sitting across from him
Imagine fighting for the thalmor in the civil war, and trying to prolong it as long as possible without getting caught
I always found the College of Winterhold and characters to be boring it (bar Tolfidr) they just didn't add much to the college, the few added quest may have been simple but certain would have got you immersed in the game more.
Still don’t understand how Bethesda couldn’t get more voice actors
I know. I would’ve been willing to be a voice actor myself. That’s if, I even knew of the franchise at the time.
Money
I was confused by the Uthgerd funny jester scene, because it's always in my game. Then I remembered I run 264 mods and it's probably put back into the game by one of them
Unofficial Patch.
@@Alizudo - Either that or 'Cutting Room Floor'.
@@maliziosoeperverso1697
It does in this case. I know, because I have it, and every single playthrough starts with Uthgerd outside the stables.
@@maliziosoeperverso1697
Perhaps we're using different versions.
But I can't think of a single other mod I'm running that would make this scene resurface.
@@maliziosoeperverso1697
Not to my knowledge.
That torolf death was even more touching with the extra dialogue.
*shut up back there*
*everyone proceeds to keep talking like the driver is invisible*
I mean what are they going to do? Kill you more?
I wish we could see the cut quest of Mephala when Balgruuf's siblings kill him and his brother replace him as Jarl of Whiterun. Also it is miss the second quest of Boethiah when you have to kill Elisif
For so much of this content, it just doesn't make any sense why Bethesda would cut it. I'm really glad that there are mods that add it back in.
Hits you a bit harder when you realize they could've added all of this back into Skyrim via Special Edition. They had what, a couple years? More than enough time to add all of this back in and then have some time left to work on other shit. If they'd have added just a few of the bigger things that were cut (quest-line stuff having to do with factions & etc), it truly would've made the remaster "special".
Too busy selling out to Microsoft to care.
They could. But some of the cut content kept cut did made sense.
"Are you feeling sick?"
Slowly walks away while giving him the side eye.
hadvar changing voices each scene is just gold
That *brutal* flex on Nazeem, I love it lmao
No doubt why they cut the intro...
The writing is bad... The dialoge tell too much stuff going on in skyrim.
Except that Tullius and thalmor dialoge, i think its good imo
How is the writing bad? I thought it made more sense myself.
@@DaltonReutlinger explaining the whole shit going on in the start of story is bad u know, that can make most of player get immediately bored.
Just try to watch, or read some game, movie, comic, etc with good writing... Most of it start with slow phase
@@defalhady9885 I guess it depends on taste, or maybe it's because the opening was just so bland in the vanilla that anything seems better than the original opening. I personally find this much more interesting and immersive.
The writing is good tho. It's aimed for a Elder Scrolls fan since Morrowind or Oblivion who knows things about Tamriel. I think it was cut out because new players who just got into the franchise wouldn't understand any of it and it would spoil things to discover.
@@BakedPotatoYT1 yeah, thats why. The writing gonna be bad things for new player.
Skyrim is aimed for everyone, not just for fans since morrowind and oblivion
That orc romance quest was so wholesome
I’d prefer so much of this stuff, even that opening.
I actually kinda like the pit fighting. It would've been really fun.
Its a mod search it up
I do like the idea of Ulfric being around with you from the escape of Helgen, helps establish him better as being one of the power players in Skyrim
It always bothered me how there were bodies and possessions of other students scattered around Winterhold and none of the teachers seemed to care. I guess we know why now. O.o Thanks for sharing!
4:51 i love the idea of anyone in skyrim sarcastically saying "yeah, right" and the way uthgerd just casually trails off with it is hilariously out of place
They cut so many great things, hopefully the next game will be glorious
Nah i doubt about it, its bethesda lazyness again, so the modding community can clean up their mess again
Remember, this is the company that brought us Fallout 76.
Reza Ruki keep that hope tbh. The lesser you expect the less disappointment, or the bigger surprise.
Horse Dude Todd did say it would be years and years away so at least they’ll put some effort in it
Don't get your hopes up
The intro heavily favors the rebellion. Anyone who heard Ralof speak the way he did would more than likely choose the Stormcloaks over the Empire
See no problem xD
Blues rule suck it reds
I mean the Empire sucks donkey dicks
I used to be an adventurer like you, then UA-cam demonetized me for using the words "thief" and "murder" in my video.
How I WISH we could’ve had the Thalmor as a third joinable Civil War faction. Just so we could see their perspective or how they’d handle their role as a secondary antagonistic force in the story.
That Skulvar & Uthgerd scene is actually in the game, but it is bugged were it only happens rarely.
You can really see how the stormcloaks are doing so well the way Ulfric just tears through imperials in the escape with ulfric version
Ahh yes Lokir embracing his inner Belethor.
17:36
I came across this the other day but there was no body. The Dagger was still there. I was so confused with the dagger and name of the area, i figured there had to be a cut quest involved.
Guess this answers it
Don’t forget to watch the wheel guys
man that cut civil war content looks fuccin lit
You can have it back by downloading a civil war mod that reinstalls it's content.
All of these cut contents made skyrim look immersive.
bro the civilwar content is what make its civil war vibe -.-
Very glad they changed the opening cart dialogue. This is kind of the opposite of “show, don’t tell.”
Same, though from what I've seen online reactions seem to be mixed. Many people like the expository kind of dialogue and it does give more context to what is going on in Skyrim as a whole, but then again you *do* find out about the political climate of Skyrim as you speak with other npcs and explore the province.
4:04 The mod called 'Cutting Room Floor' put this sense to permanent when you got to Whiterun stables first time.
Henry Wu the unofficial patch of Skyrim adds this
The first one is what Skyrim is like in an alternative reality.
11:35 - Fighting ends and Stormcloaks and Imperials are fighting the dragon
The skyrim we love. Battles agains't soldiers, vampires and dragons....at same time.
Seeing the changes to the tutorial, especially with Ulfric using the voice to fight with you, feels like it would have helped people feel much more excited to learn just what he used and make people even more excited when they get that first shout.
honestly, the missing apprentices was so cool. it teaches that magic can be fun but also introduces what could happen if you misuse it, or mess around too much.
Yow that kid, his fathrr and Hadvar scene is sad why did they remove that tho it emphasizes the Helgen Attack more and adds feelings to the characters of Helgen and even help Froki's and the kids relationship with the dragonborn more.
I always just past it cause I thought that my escape was more important but if that was not cut I would stay and watch the scene better.
Because it looks so janky I assume.
It actually fits a lot with Skyrim's general idea of being despairing and depressing, its weird that they cut it.
Considering how much and how long they've talked before Alduin came down, I'm wondering why Hadvar or that other guy didnt attempt to pull that dad away to safety? They had plenty of time it looked like. Hehe.
I think itd be more impactful of the boy tried talking to his father to get up, but he was already dead. Thatd be a hurting to the heart.
takes too long in an already long intro id assume

Skyrim honestly spread itself far too thinly. Even some of this content would have been a welcome addition

Gets killed by Ulfric himself.

Damn it would've been cool to hear Ralof saying Thalmor bitch every new game
Fallout 4 cut content: "Wow look how lazy bethesda is."
Skyrim: "Wow that looks so cool!"
“Watch your tongue. You’re talking to Alfred Stormcloak.”
I'm pretty certain I heard Uthgerd talking about Cicero in the final game
It's the second part that was cut
It's added by the unofficial patch
@@youwillpayforyoursins9372 I don’t think it’s added by the patch, because its not a bug. I’m pretty sure it’s Immersive Citizen and Cutting Room Floor that add it back.
@@howmanybabiesdidNestleKill It's in the game, the cut content is the second half of the conversation.
In vanilla you see the interaction at a certain level (don't remember what level) but it cuts off after abruptly the guy finishes saying that Uthgerd should retire
Everything expect for the intro should’ve stayed in the game, the civil war would’ve been so much more fun and interesting
The civil war contents are so great.I hope they use them somehow in the next tes
That civil war content, I WANT IT
The cut intro dialogue was soo much better at establishing the goings on in Skyrim.
Damn. Mods restored so much of these, that it would be extremely weird now to go back to vanilla and just... not have any of this.
Yo this opening really paints the stormcloaks view of thenselves better. I like Ralof and his slippery slope argument. I like Tulius was just gonna kill ulfric so the thalmor couldn't free him.
I like the OG cart dialogue better, honestly. But I do prefer Ralof being the one to say "Hey you. You're finally awake."
A detail I liked is when ralof said that you weren't with them but they took you anyway it's a shame they took that out
