Convert your DCS openbeta install to "unified" version

With the new single version to rule them all from Eagle Dynamics I thought I would convert my install to "unified" from OpenBeta, here is how to do it

thank you (really, this is really helpfull) for providing information the product provider was not able to provide for something that should not have even been necessary to provide for an update about a "merge install" should have , well "merged"
I a few decades, looking back, maybe someone daringly will ask if random chuckles were to be heard at some point en suite a purely imagined slight head movement from left to right and back in repetition :)
