- Today I wanted to go to Morocco and according to Google Maps the ferries were supposed to leave at 4pm or 7pm. As it turned out later, there were far more times, but not all of them are visible on Google.
Thinking I still had some time left, I wanted to visit Gibraltar and when I finally found out where I could park, I didn't want to rush head over heels to the harbour. But as I never buy tickets in advance, it's no problem to take the ferry a day later. Taking the ferry in the morning had the advantage of being able to find my way around Morocco during the day anyway.
When I arrived late in the evening in Algeciras, the harbour town, I asked for a room in a hotel, and again it was almost impossible to find anything cheaper.
All in all, I was very happy to have visited Gibraltar :)
Great video once again. Gibraltar looks almost claustrophobic.....so busy everywhere. But some really beautiful views from up the rock. I'm looking forward to your Morocco adventure. Safe riding and enjoy it.

The quickshifter is more comfortable but other than that it doesn't make a difference, you mean in the beginning?

Gibraltar roads are very steep, not a lot of fun on a heavy bike, you seemed to handle it all in your stride especially as you didn't have sat nav. Looking forward to Morroco.

I have to say I was once, a long time ago in Gibraltar and te only thing I recognize are the monkey. And I remember also it was expensive, so no changes in over 35 years...😉 Happy you could ditch the drone. I wonder are they forbidden in Morocco?

Yes, drone regulations in Morocco are very strict. If you do not get permission in advance as an official film crew, it is forbidden.
I have never been to Gibraltar, looks interesting. Though for me not sure i would want to make special trip.
I would combine it with a visit to Spain - also the Monkeys are from Morocco, it is easier to see them there.

The currency is UK pounds. Its been some year since my last visit but I always park up and walk or take the minibus tour up the hill to see the caves etc.

Well done ! Your editing and content (especially monkey episode) is very good.Sometimes your background sound is too loud over your narration.
Thank you very much, I really think a lot about these sound problems and how I could improve it, but the bike is super loud with the exhaust. The microphone is already in the helmet, covered with wind protection. There is no other option.

Ah ok, thanks :) yes, I bought the Media Mod for this camera to get better sound. But the change will take some time :/ I think I used the media mod from day 47. That's the problem when you're so far behind with the videos.
