    What about if the transmitter is higher than the zero point.? Do you enter negative value and can it measure below the transmitter physical position?

      Thanks for your comment.
      It is hydrostatic level measurement, and we are using pressure transmitter to measure the level of tank. In hydrostatic level measurement, transmitter position does not affect calibration range. So, we do not need to enter negative value. Just enter the value of total height of tank, and it should be good. Please let me know, if you have any further questions.

      @@InstrumentCalibration The problem being - if the wet leg to transmitter goes empty - then you have air in the transmitter delivery tube and errors exist on the next fill - you must bleed at the transmitter to purge air up the transmitter level. Can this be avoided by taking the transmitter delivery tube below the empty tank level and then up again?
