I just bought myself one for $500! It ran when it was parked in 2010, it has 68,324 miles on it. I tested out the electronics yesterday and all lights, radio, ac, and horn work! I can't wait to get it running again!
Owned one and it was my favorite small truck. I owned a 1987 S-10, 1994 and a 1996 Toyota truck and have owned a 1985, 1997, and 1999 Nissan hardbody. This Ford was the best riding and comfortable truck out of all of them, and was reliable for about 150k miles before small things went wrong. The 1985 Nissan was 40 years old when I sold it so it was the longest lasting truck and the 1994 Toyota with 22-RE the most reliable. I still would buy the Ford Ranger over all of them today if it were still available.
Purchased my 1987 Ranger on 10/31/86...just took it out of storage after it sat for the past 6 years and is in the shop for a new fuel pump and a few other repairs....looking forward to getting it back on the road.
I just recently bought a 92 Ford Ranger with a 3.0 V6 with a 5-speed manual transmission for 1500 dollars from a tow yard. It's runs like a champ, no overheating, and no oil burning starts up every time . Im never getting rid of it . Your truck is nice bro keep up the good work !
if you take care of them, they run forever. been driving my 90 since 2000.let me set once.bad starter.most reliable vehicle i ever owned.why i kept it.still runs great at 200k+.
Thinking about getting a 4cyl one but cant decide which gen to look at. the gas mileage of a lighter body is appealign but something about the character of these is just unmatched. beautiful property btw wow.
Hey bro, I have a Ranger just like yours, but when I bought mine they removed the catalytic converter and it is so unstable that every time I start the truck it speeds up and calms down and
The trucks sold, however i did sell it for $4,200. I really doubt it would even come remotely close to $25,000, maybe if it was an artifact found millions of years from now.

Love your ranger. Wish I could find one in that good of condition.
man i miss that old ranger power steering whine
Your have a nice truck 😊
Really cool. I have a 1992 as well, sea green regular cab, only 59k original miles. My dad has one that's almost identical.
Pretty nice truck bro you’re lucky 👍
Idk why I love these little trucks
I had a 1992 regular cab long bed with the 4.0 v6 same color interior and white paint.

Its Magnificent! Thanks for sharing.
I have a 90, got it with 71K.
Post hibernation issues worked out it runs gloriously.
Need to put bulb in radio but it’s stuck.
The last of the box design rangers until they went all rounded in 93.
Yours is very similar to mine. I gotta 1990 Ford Ranger XLT, except mine is automatic.

I turn it back on and it's revving and slow and it's consuming gas.
Does the 93-97 cup holders around the shifter fit right in or do you have your modify anything to make it fit?
They fit right in, same screw holes and everything!
¿Está a la venta?
It is not currently for sale.
How did you do the hubcaps with the ford logo?
I bought some Ranger center caps off Amazon, then I went onto eBay and bought some ford logos that fit the diameter of the center circle of the cap.
Does the cruise control work?
Yes, it does.
Hey can you take a look at my ranger?
Sure!
Looks pretty clean for its age! Good find!
Thanks your video motivated me to buy it i hope to complete the project how is yours doing ? When is the update coming

What's Up
What kind of rims are those?
American racing outlaw ii AR62 rims. They are stock with the alloy rim option. The center caps are new, and I got the ford decals from eBay.
@@nolanboyd720thank you! Appreciate the response 👍🏼
I mean it is a very nice tray. It might get a pass on being betrer than life
Tray?
Look up the definition of the word "pristine"
I am aware it is not perfect, however it is still in decent condition for its age. Look up the definition for the word smart ass.
Easily a $25,000 truck. I'll give you $4,000 for it!

Some have sold for more than that if they're real clean.
Who are you asking for the old truck what are you asking for the truck
Sorry, the truck sold a while ago.
