Even tho technically tekken 8 has the better graphics I still think to this day tekken tag 2 has the better character designs.

in T7 and 8 it looks like every female character was made from the exact same base as there is barely any differences in body types, skin texture and facial structure

One notable thing is that the designs are a bit overcrowded, too many details and textures. The older ones were simpler because of technical limitations yes, but simple styles are just better, more memorable.

It is the same actress. But her T8 voice is weird, sometimes it sounds like they gave her a high pitched voice.

Nonsense. I haven’t played ttt2, but specifically here in t8 the whole phrase spoken by Lili sounds much better and more elegant than just the banal “iya!” in ttt2. And in t8 Lili is voiced very accurately to match her character. You are clearly mistaken.

Game graphics are really at their best right now. It’s crazy to think how graphics looked insane to us 10 years ago and now look. It’s as realistic as it gets. Technology will only become better, and harder to obtain albeit because of resources, but this comparison in time is awesome to witness
