Hi Archers!
Today, we'll be continuing the 6 part series: Hero Showdown. I'll be making an in-depth guide and damage comparison for each and every hero. Once we're done with that, we will be comparing all heroes in the last part of the series.
This is part two of the series and we'll be exploring Phoren, the fire specialist. We'll be exploring his pro's and cons, the best abilities for Phoren & comparing every weapon with his fire and base attack in terms of DPS.

Make sure you go over chapter 3 and 6 with Taranis. Ik you don’t like lightning but he’s good for farming those. My favorite character atm btw ❄️
Hi :) idk if you agree with me but i love using Phoren with Epic Death Scythe :) Anyway i have a question for you i have 2 laser bats waiting to be fuse for epic but my Scythe Mage is really close to be fused as well, should I or Should not???
One question: How many packages have archero? I mean I'm by package "Chapter 7s package" and want to know if someone can tell me how much packages there are. Is there really a package for every chapter (4-12?) and how many costs the chapter 8 package?
what about sawblade i use that with him and chew through enemies max atk speed bonus and ricochet

I had a question for you and the rest of your viewers. Just got my third epic serpent ring. Fuse them together or wait until I have a 4th so that I can still have a second epic serpent ring with the perfect epic?
I waited for the 4th rare one, I made the mistake of fusing them and only having one but the dodge chance is better than the little bit of extra damage :)
SuperTeeds yea I wish they added maybe another percent of dodge or something when it goes to perfect epic and eventually legendary. Thanks for the advice! Stay awesome!

I think that when considering the best hero/weapon combination, the chapter type is also a variable. so an ideal combination for say ch4/5 would be different to ch3/6
I 100% agree!
I made a compromise. Since my vest of dexterity is only on level 38, I am using void robe on lvl. 40 with Phoren. That means I can poison all enemies in room and on top of it I got inferno ability. I like this combo with two serpent rings and two Elfs. With Urasil I would say the vest of dexterity makes bigger sense, or the golden chestplate. Really depends on style of playing.

Guys do y’all recommend the scythe or tornado for Phoren??? I have 2 serpent rings, vest of dexterity and laser bats (all epic). Just not sure whether to pick the scythe or tornado. Plz help a sister out.
which the best weapon to play with him? Bow because increase crit damage?
I wanna know if Thunder Boi is worth saving the gems for. Ricochet for Chain-lightning? Hitting groups of enemies through walls? Sounds interesting... But without details, I'm on the fence here.
My fave for tactical evasion and taking cover, Urasil.
My fave high risk and high yeild heavy hitter, Phoren.
Artreus has one less ability per game, so he's just an OG mascot. He gone.
I´ve seen your video about which chest is worthier opening recently. You explained that chests get cheaper if you buy more of them. While recording this video, there wasn´t this feature, where you can buy 10 obsidian chests for the price of 2600. Is there another outcome if you buy this 10-Packages or is it still more useful to stick to the golden chests in the long run. I don´t want to get an epic asap, but get the best weapons/rings pets in the long run.
At 6:50, the reason why you had a 11 damage difference is because your weapon may have 5% attack effect which your hero's base attack was included.

I’m a level 55 at the moment, and I just leveled up and bought another talent for 100,000. I swear that the last time I leveled up I was also level 55... does the level cap at 55 but allow you to continue leveling up to buy more talents? Thanks! Also, what level are you?

Im lvl 50 with lvl 40 epic scythe, lvl 40 epic cloak, lvl 40 epic bear ring, level 40 epic elf, lvl 30 rare serpent ring ang lvl 3 rare bat
Personally recommend to use the weapon scythe cause Phoren has the highest DPS.
in the highest level you need to clean the mobs one by one asap
I am using Phoren with perfect epic scythe and now stuck on chapter 11

Nope.
It's weird to think that the saw blade was the worst weapon before these heros but not due to impact of applying these additional damage effect quickly is so important it is now a lot more significant !

Mainly cuz it's my only epic weapon. Hoping to get some Tornados epic to bullet hell my way through enemies.
I beat stage five with 17 hp. I lost all my hp before the last boss because I forgot there is no chest to kill so it heals you. In the end, I beat the last boss without getting hit.
Stage 5 was so hard for me that I only got through it once and I never played again. To the point i forgot how the boss looks like lol

Depends on your playstyle! I enjoy Phoren better than Urasil but Urasil has benefits in other ways.
I'm a death scythe main! I find that the Tornado is harder to use in later chapters personally because of the knock back but if you're good at avoiding monsters, it's a super solid pick!
Are you a high risk type? Phoren.
Ya like gunning and running? Urasil.
Bullet Hell? Tornado
Brute force and distancing meleers? Scythe it.
Dot and dodge can also work with Void Robe mass poison and adding Urasil Venom if you're evasive enough.
Now I realized there are some enemies that don't cause any damage to Phoren, such as that croc that spits fire

I think you are wrong about wich weapon is the best, because you have considered the dps. But you didnt consider that the fire that phoren applys is based on the base damage. So it may be better for the Scythe.

It's ok and I am a little bit confused. The base damage was emphasized I'm the video, all the epic weapons have the same base damage :)

how exactly does slow projectile work
It makes enemy projectile movement slower so it's easier for you to dodge them. Works great versus bosses who shoot a lot of projectiles.
Brian Lopez ~ i figured, i guess i just could never tell the difference. only chose like once or twice tho
IT slows down by let's say 50% or so. overall it's great and useful due to the ability to react to incoming attacks "quicker".
But sometimes you just don't need a bunch of slow proj'es infesting the screen 'cause they just interfere with your free movement. Like in ICE LEVEL, mob's proj'es are slow enough, and slowing them down will only hinder you, cause the fire rate of enemies stays the same. BUT there are also nasty ice meatballs who spit spikes very fast and kill you in no time... SO use it at your will :)

You can do it! I was stuck there for 2 months and a week. If you haven't watched my Ch.7 guide, I recommend it! :)
This was before the heroes were released. I think it should be a little easier now after the hero release ^_^

Did you pay money for gems or chests? Or did you farm everything yourself?(i have a hard time getting any items except rings from farming)
I think phoren is a nice hero but i'll Keep spending coins first on Equipment rather than on phoren, but i think it's nice that you can get him for free, urasil will do the Job till then :D
Urasil is still a great hero for how free he is! :)
Once you get to... I think it was Chapter 7, you'll have a lot of coins haha!

Damn it. This hero is super strong! I got stocked for chapter 7 for 17 days using urasil. Im struggling even with perfect/almost perfect RNG. but when i bought this hero, i Finished it in 1 try using "so-so" RNG:
*front arrow +1
*invincibility star
*pet multishot
*minor attack speed
*poison blade
*2 hp boost
*minor crit
*blood thirst
*rage
Blood thirst is terrible because it barely heals you

@@somxr_738 it's chapter 7. You dont need ricochet. But having wingman and slow projectiles will make things easier. And instead of poison blades, ice blades is much much much better for this chapter
Melvic Corate you are correct. Wingman or diagonal arrows would’ve made it perfect
I'm gonna tell this right now even if I'm not sure if anyone has already brought it up, your benchmark should be atreus, it's cool that you compare the hero to the previous hero (your video-wise) but please make atreus the benchmark, he has pure damage, but no one knows if that makes a difference, like phorus, the fire dmg is base on base damage, but how bout atreus, he has nothing but attck dmg, he might be the best hero still, but I cant prove it, someone has to check this, and that is you our lovely archer girl :)

I hope you don't come to the conclusion that Rolla sucks... Cuz I sprung and spent the money on her. Lol. Curious to see what you determine the best gear combo for her to be
Just from the first playthrough I had with her, she definitely does not suck. There are some cons to freeze but you just need to know how to work around it :) i think she might be my favourite if I go by my first looks!
@@SuperTeeds I'm stuck on ch7... I can't get past lvl 6...with a lvl 38 perfect rare Death scythe (which I have you to thank, because I finished ch6 2 days ago after watching your guide and got the remaining scythes I needed from the chest offer after completing it ☺️😂)... Most of the issue is garbage ability offers.
The 2 laser bat's help a lot.

i found chapter 8 is easy .
I'm in 8 and so far it is easier than 7 :) haven't grinded it yet since I've been focusing on YT!

The game people never get back to you if you need to get gems back ect !!!!! They just want you to pay for the hero’s - scam - it’s too bad cause I really liked it but... at a certain level you have to put in wayyyyyy too much time for a game !

I still think Knock off Thor is the best. His chain lighting is unmatched. You knockout several units in a second. The head shot can work off it too. So you can chain hit 4 enimies and get 4 headshots.
