THANK YOU! Finally, someone to do this foundation right, I notice so many of my trusted vloggers strayed away and did not even try this. I blind ordered a couple of shades from the beginning and neither worked. I’m going in to the store and will try to see if the shade 50 will work for me. As I tried shades 51 and 53. Your makeup came back after then wear test looking as it did when you left.

Yes, this was talked about when it came out. It’s definitely nice. I got shade 53, which looked beautiful on my skin. I just can’t wear it until October because it doesn’t work well in 105-112 degrees if you have combo oily skin.

We usually wear the same shade but I'd etempted to mix the deepest with the one you used. Or use the one you didn't use in the center of my face. I really like the finish too.
I think at this price we can definitely mix both
64 looks kinda olive! I’ve loved the variety. And your hairstyle is stunning!
I have 53 deep neutral. I love this foundation for an easy reach option. It lives up to the name soft glam as it def gives me a makeup look but it looks good!

I really love your videos! Your finished results are fabulous. I trust your product recommendations for us dark-skinned beauties. It has saved me from wasting money. I especially like ELF skincare. I use the hydrating concealer sparingly, as well as their power primer and power grip spray daily. I plan to purchase this satin-finish foundation for eight dollars. I have dry skin, so I hope it doesn't make my skin look thirsty.
The foundation is not going to dry you out. Please use a hydrating primer also or the power grip primer

when they first swatched the jump in shades looked huge, but dried down it just looked like three deep shades with different undertones. yay love that
I absolutely love my $8 foundation 🤣! I mixed my 50 deep warm shade with my LA Girls blue corrector and it was perfect! I also got the 53 deep neutral and it worked well. I like that it’s travel friendly and cheaper than $30… I like ELF because they make great dupes🤣😆.

Hi. Dare I say that this is one of the best matches I've seen on you. At 1st, I was a little worried that you didn't have a match. 65 dulled your skintone, agree 64 was placed wrong and 63 I thought was too red but after blending so it looked so nice! And the wear test looked so good! I will definitely try this!
you may not be wrong, it was a bit red but its not that bad after everything goes on top it. its a very gorgeous look

Hello Miss Ma’am! U look beautiful in that shade of the foundation! The darkest was too dark and seemingly too cool and the next one down was too cool or olive. It was giving ashy. The one u chose was perfectly neutral or a yellow-y warm tone.
Do u mean light when u say bright sometimes? I used to use those words interchangeably because the older people around me used to. But I learned the difference somewhere along the way. That foundation does bring brightness to your face but it isn’t too light. ❤
it is a very interesting shade I love the look, I want to try the 65
I bought a foundation from e.l.f not log ago. It's quite nice on my skin, medium coverage, but it oxidises like there's no tomorrow! I think I bought the wrong shade to begin with, plus the oxidisation makes it the complete wrong shade! I might try this one though 🙂 thanks for the review!!! ❤
maybe the oxidation was the reason why 63 matched me better

@@Ohemaa yes even the hypoallergenic ones from clinique. I wore makeup for years but my eyes were always 'watery and dark. Never paid attention until 4 years ago my face was on fire. It took months to get my skin back. So im afraid to try anything ever again.

63 looks nice it brings out a nice healthy glow. But for this price it seems like a good foundation I might try it im currently drifting in between brands 😂

I love elf, but i wish they would make more cooler tones for darker skin. I'm in the tan, medium dark category and even their neutral shades are too warm leaning

A poor student here😂😂. ELF has been my go to affordable foundation. It’s crazy I have different shades on my face but one shade is able to cover my hyperpigmentation so well and it’s moisturising as well.
