The descent off Galibier into Valloires is really nice, fast and long, much more fun than Alpe d'Huez IMO. You need to come to Brittany so I can teach you a good French accent!! Madder--len
completely agree Keya...nothing worse than streams of sweat in the eyes you can get lightweight cap for hothot days that provide increased sweat wicking and cool you still
@Francis Cade. How do you nail your exposure so well when you are out and about on the bike with the A7Sii? Are you using one of the Cine picture profiles and leaving the ISO to auto? Messing around with an ND filter and SLog2/3 hasn't worked out for me while out on the bike.
+JamesFreire cine4 with sgamut3 colour. Switch on the slog3 assist and I expose manually by eye by adjusting shutter speed. Not ideal, but for run and gun it seems the most logical way.
That's brilliant, Francis. I would not have thought of breaking the 180 shutter angle rule as a run and gun solution, and looking at all your vids I haven't thought that was happening anyway.
Your videos made me want to go to a HC event so bad... but being dirt poor and a terrible climber makes me ineligible as a customer or as a tour guide ;)
