Your feet hurt because they’re weak and unused. If you have painful feet, do these 3 things to start improving your foot health today: 1. Foot Exercise 2. Wide Toe Box Shoes 3. Toe Spacers Foot Exercise: There are 29 muscles, 33 joints, and 26 bones in each foot. Motion is lotion, and we need to begin to get these areas moving and strengthened again, after stiffening up in shoes Wide Toe Box Shoes: If you don’t want to wear them all the time, at least make your gym shoe a minimalist shoe or at least a wide toe box shoe. This will help all your leg movements develop your feet to a higher stimulus - especially movements like sled, ATG split squat, and anything else that requires major toe extension Toe Spacers: Wearing toe spacers around the house can initially act like a retainer for the foot, and promote the ability to spread the toes
I'm too lazy to bend over when I'm playing with my dog so I use my toes to pick up the ball and throw it. It's honestly helped a lot as far as foot mobility is concerned
Glad I purchased your classroom. I have psoas syndrome and have suffered two psoas strains on the same side in the last two years. Your routines are healing me. I'm finally able to drop and twist my right pelvis after months of it being locked up in muscular fascia. Thanks.
I train barefoot, be aware you first need to strengthen all feet muscles then start removing narrow shoes, get wider then five finger shoes finally barefoot 🦶

A real solution unlike the avoidance route that guy suggested is to train finger extension; our fingers are overused in the “grip” position, so we can introduce balance by strengthening the reverse of that. Google finger extension bands. Another good “non-standard” grip exercise is pinch grip. Also probably want to work all 6 wrist positions. See ATG wrist workout for example.
Can you really reverse bunions? I don't think it's possible without surgical intervention. You can only alleviate the pain, but restoring it to its natural state won't happen with exercise
What ever he is teaching never really a "fix". It's more on how to deal with it so that you don't feel pain or have any irritation anymore. Bunion is sexy on woman though

I wish I had known this before developing plantar fasciitis
Altra, unfortunately, decommissioned the Instinct which imo was their best wide toe box shoe, pity about the sole.
Hey, got plantar faciatis on both feet. Would it be possible for a short of a training regime to rehabilitate / reverse it ? Thanks
Note: used barefoot / minimal shoos for 15 years. This is something that hit me like a year ago
