Awesome! I didn't grow up with Raggedy dolls (different country). We had a doll made of scraps that swallowed a talking pill, Emilia. I still have mine, the commercial one sold way back then. I played with her so much that my child's hand added tiny scraps where the fabric frayed. Love it! But now, seeing your rescues, I need to have a Raggedy Ann/ Andy. I didn't know they were based on written stories (like Emilia). Anyway, thank you for the videos :)
These videos are so therapeutic and informative. Thank you for showing your process! I want to try making my own Raggedy Ann dolls at some point, and it's helpful to see what I'll have in store.
Thank you so much for commenting. Working on these dolls has been good for my soul and I am so happy that I get to share with others who appreciate the work. ❤️
Great Raggedy Ann memories! I dropped mine while riding on my Dad's shoulders, age 3, such a sad day. Ooh, you sewed her new elbow different than her old one. If it matters?
I have been asked to repair an Raggety Ann, she has been stored in a plastic bag for 30 years. Shes torn and very dirty. I hope I can do justice. Thanks for your videos!
Fluffy hair and a new sweet smile! Excellent job on this rescue. ❤

Well spotted! That was an accident, but I think once she has a dress on it won't make a difference. If it does, I'll go back and fix it.
