At 1:22 that’s a male crab. You can tell by the pointy part, not sure what you call it. Next time, ask for a female crab, it’s rich, sweeter. Overall is tastes better. The part at the bottom will be wider. Compare and you’d be able to tell easily. At 1:50, escargot! Not sure how it’d be cooked hopefully you ask to have it done “ginataang” style or with coconut milk. It’s out of this world! Ask for some toothpicks to pick out the meat. Now watching you eat the crab cooked with salted eggs, looks divine! Agree with you about chicken and salted eggs, doesn’t sound right. Salted egg cooked with squash, fried is all very delicious. Din Tai Fung style! Ok now watching the snails. Wish they didn’t put the pasta, that’s unusual lol. Regardless it’s gotta be good with coconut milk.
