Camille Vasquez summed up the entire trial that DV has no gender. Its not a setback to women but a big victory for the survivors and victims of DV. She completely out lawyered Elaine in every aspect.

It takes a big man to take on such a high profile case and recognise and admit that someone on your team is better suited for an important job. He didn’t shine as brightly as he could have during this case, because he encouraged Camille to have her moment in the sunshine (literally) and he’s proud rather than envious of the rockstar performance she delivered. It feels like a brilliant reflection on team Depp in general. They worked amazingly together and their client rightfully put his trust in them.

It felt like this trial was the first time AH had ever been confronted with reality and held accountable. I really feel like everyone around her played along even when they knew her 'mountain of evidence' was extremely dubious. Using her own words against her was a masterful strategy. And I feel her refusal to ever admit that some of the things she claimed weren't reflected in the photos was jarring. It appeared delusional to me at times, I imagine the jury noticed too.
