My mother was raised in Buffalo, NY and me and my sister was raised in Houston TX. I love the public transportation when I visit Buffalo and Upstate New York.
I lived in Buffalo about 20 years ago and Im happy to see the changes have been made. Closing down min street downtown was a stupid idea glad to see it open again and business thriving and coming back.
This is one reason why I subscribed to you. We need a ton of transit "tourist" channels. New York State is dear to me as some of my relatives lives in the Oswego area which is north of Syracuse. Some cities especially on the northeast corridor never suffered severe service cuts like many midwestern systems. I visited Niagara Falls in 1973. One bus route that NFTA that really should be filmed is NFTA Route 40 which is the Buffalo-Niagara route. That way those visiting Niagara Falls and arriving by Amtrak could use that bus to go to the falls. Keep up with the good work!
Yeah, I was originally gonna ride the Route 40 but opted to drive to Niagara instead to make up time before sundown. I do appreciate it. I haven't been as active because life has limited my free time dramatically but I try hard to do these trips to give you all content.

Buffalo and Rochester should definitely have commuter rail by now
Love the classical music
Nice baby's momz music in the background...
I'm wanting to leave Idaho and move somewhere upstate NY. Buffalo or Rochester are my top 2.
Awesome!! I was downtown yesterday.
Headed there and trying to research public transportation from canalside to Niagara Falls blvd. Does this rail travel to connect these areas?
🧙♂️ 🚍
A subway?
A light rail
A little bit of both
It's a light rail train.
