Italian Football Day in London at The Design Museum

The event "Italian Football Day in London Day", organised by the Italian Trade Agency in London, celebrates the evolution of Italian design and manufacturing in professional football. It took place at The Design Museum, where an exhibition "Football: Designing the Beautiful Game" is also being shown.
Following opening remarks by The Design Museum's director, Tim Marlow, several speakers took the floor, including Carlo Ferro, President of the Italian Trade Agency, Alessandro Motta, Deputy Head of Mission, as well as representatives of the entrepreneurial sector in sports: Aldo Tempesti, of the Technical Textile Division, Sistema Moda Italia; Federico Smanio, CEO Wylab, Programme Director WeSportUP; Andrea Tomat, President Lotto Sport Italia.
The guest of honour was Alessandro Nesta, former Italian national team defender and currently Lega Serie A Ambassador.
