Well I am so far away to try her food before she is retiring that it makes me sad to discover it too late… The presentation and the will to keep it as ancient and traditional as she did makes those plates look stunning and all I wanted was to dig in from afar I could almost taste and smell the perfumes ! 😋
She said put some respek on her name. But also I was i wanted more on her mexican heritage as she presents as a black woman Are you afro mexican or biracial? Its interesting altogether
The food and prep looks to die for...thanks to Triple D for having this place on the show. The only concern I have is the prices...OMG. I looked at the menu and there's no way I'm paying $30 for a bowl of chili. Biden's economy. Sad.
She does look triracial. What ever degree of African ancestry she has is present in her looks. She looks Puerto Rican, Dominican or an WhiteAm + AfrAm biracial. Her mother does lean towards "white", based on the pictures.
the menu is the typical mundane stuff that passes for Mexican in the millions of Mexican establishments all over the US. If you want authentic Mexican food you need to go there.
@@sharontabor7718 I didn't say it was tex-mex. it's the usualy humdrum, mundanes stuff you can get anywhere in the US. Go to good restaurants in Mexico to get good food. One of our favorites is La Tequila in Guadalajara. Their chamorro is fantastic, you almost never see it on a menu in the US. For real pozole, come to my mother-in-law's house in Mexico City.
Blown away by the diverse talent and brilliance here. You go girl !!!

You have her name. You're on the internet. Look it up. Not that hard.
