    Very nice job! Try a little cutting fluid on the aluminum. The aluminum that bends easily is very gummy and will clog the cutter. It doesn’t take much cutting fluid to make a big difference. Thanks for sharing!

      Take the bolt that’s going through the top of the master cylinders all the way across the pedal. Then you won’t have a torque moment when applying brakes.

      Hi, i have an MK4 speedwing and I would like to make some modifications. Do you have the 3D model of the aircraft? It would be easier for me to make the changes there and only after that on the plane.

      Hi, I don’t yet have a 3D model of the Avid. I’ve thought about doing the whole plane in CAD, but that’s quite the project, for now I just do the small parts.

    I will widen my fuslage by building 4" wider lexan doors. Formed in a larger oven over a mold I am not sure a center metal bar will be required. I am still 6 months out on that part, but will share it with you when it happens.
