* Keep in mind, the owners bought the house but weren't even able to move in for various reasons. Their mom is only here a couple times a week but she's taking care of her dad due to health issues. So there's a lot going on. The condition of this property is not their fault. They're overwhelmed. It's why I chose to help them out.
@@maryjennings4913 I sent him a nice email suggesting that. Thought it would be great. He never responded. Maybe a bunch of people could suggest it to him. 😃
What a difference to the decking and patio. Imagine what the whole property would look like if you worked your magic on it, steps and all! You always do a fantastic job.❤
You did a great job. The wood grain on the deck was beautiful after the tree sap was cleaned off. The brick deck turned out beautiful as well. I agree, the siding on the whole house needed to be done.
Woah! Just watched the leaf/dirt cleanup and had to watch the pressure washing update. That looks great! You know in a perfect world the owner would have you do the steps and paths as well... and we viewers would love it. Another great job. (Btw, like your t-shirts.) --Chris in WY
Thanks Chris! Those steps would be a nightmare. Hauling the pressure washing around and it would splatter all over me. That's not one I'm signing up for.😂 Plus many of those steps have wood-rot so it wouldn't be good. The siding would be fun but the house is too tall - I'd never get to the top.
Doing the side porch, 9:11, added a needed brightness that was lost over time, 13:09. Watching you work on the brick patio, again the color change was needed. The railings have a brighter color, 15:13 and at 18:48, the algae dark green is coming off the bricks. You have a beautiful color contrast at 26:53. A lot of work, a lot of detailing the railings but it looks good and is now in better shape. Enjoyed the Before and After photos. In two trips you have recovered a lot of space, views, usability and now added cheerfulness. Thank you.
Wow, sooo much better. I might want to spend time on those decks now. 😊 Glad you can help this family. It must be so difficult not to be able to move in, especially with a new baby. Hope they will e able to move in soon. Stay safe.
Captions are supposed to be done automatically by UA-cam but it doesn't work on every video for some reason, but that is a glitch on their end. Nothing I can turn on or off.
Who needs that much vegetation blocking the sun from sanitizing the wood work!, let the sun in, the miss wouldn't stand a chance, haven't they got a blower to maintain all your hard work!

What beautiful decking they have to look after it better .Great job ❤❤❤
I'm not sure why you don't have MORE subscribers because your videos are really good!
@@lovinYah838 That's nice, thank you! Hopefully someday. 🫠
We have to get his name out there
I don't know how close he is to Sean, a.k.a., Midlife Stockman. But, maybe they could collaborate on a project or two.

Thank you Susan!
Skuller, your work made a HUGE difference. As you said, the whole house needs pressure washing!
Cheers
Fantastic
Well done
Great transformation
I feel you could have a few more episodes on this house
Steps next maybe ?
Ohhhh no. Those steps would be a nightmare, hauling the pressure washer up and down, plus the water and mud would splatter all over me. 😂
Amazing work !!!
Okay fine I'll pressure wash my deck and patio my next day off.😂 This looks really good. 👍🏻
😂 Only if you want to.
The difference is amazing. Great job
Now look great! It was so dark..... Very nice job.
Good looking out, it looks fantastic!
SO very extraordinary recovery effort from the GREEN SLIME! Thanks for sharing.

Another great job bringing brightness to this property and their lives🌺🍍🌴🇺🇸✝️🤙🏽❤️🔥🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
Beautiful place❤❤
So private and secluded
Was hoping you were going to do the walkway and steps
Amazing! That is all I can say :-)
What a great job you did! I wish I could see what the House would look like. I'm sure you would too. Awesome job!
Amazing transformation
Looks like cedar shingles on the walls. They would be wonderful power washed!
@@dlebreton7888 They sure need it.
That looks great!!

Great video my friend
LOVE the t-shirt!!!!😂😂❤❤
Sweet 👍🏼
Fantastic transformation. I hope the Homeowners treated all that wood after you cleaned it up.
@@sarahshummer Thank you!
Looks good! But high-pressure cleaning damages the surface of the wood. I did that too a while ago. Then I had to sand and reseal the wood.
@@Myrtuscommunis Thanks.
Nice!
The whole place needs air and sunshine. The owner should take down a couple of trees. You did an awesome job! Looks beautiful!
❤
Wow!
💚💚💚
I think getting the pressure washer back UP is the hardest part
@@annettevertalino9273 I had to bend over more going down. That's harder for me.
Either way....not good for your back
Could you please turn on captions. I like to watch wiyh volume turned off
Captions are supposed to be done automatically by UA-cam but it doesn't work on every video for some reason, but that is a glitch on their end. Nothing I can turn on or off.
A huge amount of power washing to do, there must be a sealant to protect the wood after it us completely dried
Είσαι ωραίος !
Power washing takes away the slipping on the wet moldy wood.
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👉🏾👉🏾🙂

Why n9t power wash the walk as well
Ran out of time. Driveway needs it as well.
@@UpNorthMowingDude I get that. Wish I lived closer. Would help.
Sir are you from West Virginia
@@glengoff1394 nope
For me to ask you that is that there is a house here in Charleston, WV that looks just like the one you worked on

Why hide the down pipe under the patio steps
Yes but doesn't the whole project look better?
Washing the decks should be done twice a year
I hope you're wearing earplugs!
Wasting drinkable water
