  • Hi All,
In this installment, I will be creating more wonderful coffee stained papers. For this experiment, I'll be adding alcohol inks to the list of supplies along with matte photo card stock, glossy photo paper and vellum.
    Happy Crafting!

Thank you. I love love love the vellum too. I think I need to do a (some) videos focused on different ways to use vellum because it always seems to be one of my favorite things. ❤️

If you wanted to have more of an idea about how the different products will react, it might be worth looking into the lipid solubility vs water solubility of different kinds of ink. I think the delusions product that you put in the tray and then added alcohol to might have been a water soluble product. That means that it would separate from the alcohol if left alone rather than actually being diluted by it. Alcohol is far more lipid soluble than water soluble, from memory. Acrylic-based products get a little bit tricky b/c they start out able to be diluted by water but dry to a water-resistant state.

Too "science-y" for me 😆....my brain can't handle it.....although I try...it does make sense just feels like overload on my non-science brain.
