4:20:45 fwiw, can confirm that in SC2 Co-op when you use the top-bar for a targeted ability, after Ctrl+Q, you **do not** need to release Ctrl or Q before clicking.
It also works if releasing Ctrl+Q and then Shift-Clicking repeatedly (Shift before the first click). That applies to multi-cast / spam abilities like Karax's Orbital Strike where you'll Click repeatedly in most usages.
So I wonder if Stormgate also allows Shift-Clicking for those top-bars like granting Veterancy ability.

It was working fine before, they broke it, and apparently we yelled loud enough they fixed it the next day.
