That shot along the bridge with 50mm looks totally insane. Such a cool perspective that is impossible to get with a regular consumer drone. Wow. Great vid kompis!!
3:55 important note, take your propellers off before you put it in the case and close it. I’ve seen a video on UA-cam, where a guy kept his props on when he put it into the case, then he wound up breaking the motor mount of one of the propellers. He had to send the unit in to get it fixed and it is expensive to get replaced. Just a little bit of a tip😉 unless you got the expensive $3000 a year complete DJI replacement plan
When the eclipse happens here in Houston we will be 90% effected. I thought I would take my DJI Mavic 2 Zoom and go up about 250-300' and park it there videoing the skyline of downtown Houston. Other people may have ideas on doing something like this.
Oh wow. Those shots are sick and this drone definitely opens up some possibilities you don't have with a normal consumer drone. Well done! But as you mentioned, I also think that for most creators, this is overkill. Even though it's supercool. On a side note, I love watching your videos, especially the drone content, but I am wondering why you make your videos at 25 fps. It's PAL broadcast standard, yes, but for UA-cam, which is mainly watched on computers or smartphones (which have mostly 60 Hz screens), the video judders a lot (same with 24 fps - not compatible with 60 Hz!). And while this is not noticeable in many cases, with drone footage it definitely IS visible and I think it's unfortunate that such great drone content cannot be played back judderfree. Would really love to see your content in 30 fps which would give a fluid and smooth drone footage. Greetings from Austria!
I had $12k into my Inspire 2 and thankfully sold it, but man watching this is making me want to fight to get an I3 my way sooner than later! That RTK is mandatory with that dolly mode feature that’s really a massive accessory for unleashing it. Great video I’m jealous! 😊

@@PeterLindgren1 Sure. But in real life, flying responsibly and safe, means you would return when batteries hit 30% and land at 20%. Depleting batteries comes with the risk of damaging the cells and is not the safest way to fly a 4Kg drone. This waypoint feature is such a nice thing to have. I wonder if they could bring that to something like the Mini 3 “Pro”, after all it is a “Pro” version of the Mini, and if I could record waypoints and then control the gimbal individually while the drone flies itself, that would be awesome.
They removed it from the First gen mavic and haven't broughtit back yet. I doubt it's coming back =/

@@PeterLindgren1 correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t the Mavic 3, 3 Classic, and 3 Pro have it? I’m about to get the Mavic 3 Pro, and really think that they have waypoint flight on that.
Mavic 3 has waypoints, but from what I’ve seen, it’s not nearly as accurate as what the Inspire 3 has. With my Mavic 3, there’s considerable margin for error in position and the direction the drone points when replaying waypoints I set. Enough that I haven’t used it beyond testing so far.

Just picked up the $900 license for Inspire 3. Apparently you can’t import ProRes Raw 59.94 into Davinci Resolve. I bought it yesterday specifically for a client who had a job last evening and I sure looked bad as I could not edit the Inspire 3 footage. Nowhere did DJI advise me that it would not work in DaVinci Resolve. I want a refund. How do you return a license?
This more expensive than my jeep grand Cherokee 🤯 I want two of these! 🧳🧳 that Toyota commercial at the end was so cool and funny quality shots 10/10! 👏🏽💯🧳❤️🔥
Would've been so cool if you were able to draw your flight path on the map and set your altitude with the help of obstacle detection for it to follow while you control the gimbal.
I think the reason why the Inspire 3 has a different connection is because the X9-8k air was designed SPECIFICALLY for the I3 and it has a counterweight on the camera so that it can move freely without having weight on the lens as this would put extra strain on the gimbal, I mean they want the person using the drone to have the most seemless experience out of the drone. Also the X9 is heavier than the x9-8k air which also explains the change it ports so that people don't keep bombing DJI with "Oh why does the X9 perform so crap with the I3? Why is the drone performing so bad when I use the X9?", probably to mitigate the complaints if people don't read the manual. After all DJI does have the best drone gimbals and they don't want to lose that to people experimenting different things that weren't designed for the drone and sticking to them.
