Little Trixter actually RATM are going to play here in my City my Ticiciteee Raleigh NC lol I have to read the announce again , because I though was going to be a tribute band ! But nope!!! Gotta save for that ticket 😂
Great video. Might want to give Deftones a try if you're in a early-00's mood. "Change (In the House of Flies)", "Bored", and "Minerva"are great starting points.
While I agree that he absolutely has to check out Deftones, I feel like Digital Bath would be the best introduction to that band. Lots of hip hop fans seem to really connect with that one.
Been watching dozens of your videos over the last few days, and loving every minute of it. Most importantly I love that you take the time to go into the deeper meaning of songs, especially from genres that you didn't grow up listening to. We all naturally gravitate to the music we listened to in our formative years - teens and early twenties, and the mark of a true scholar of music is branching out into new things and really genuinely trying to appreciate why people love that which is foreign to you. Keep it up my brother, you're a positive force in a negative world!
Man, you're beautiful. I'm not religious but thank god for people like you. People like you make the world I want my kids to grow up in. Keep doing your thing.
The beauty of Rock artists. They send powerful messages thru song, yet as a group they dont take themselves seriously and know how to make themselves and us laugh.
I SWEAR!! whenever i look up a song reaction, no matter what genre, even one that's in a different language, I always see that Jamel has already gotten covered LMAO! I love you man! and love how you are so open to ALL kinds of music, you certainly got good taste and so do the people who recommend you these gems
Serj Takian, the vocalist, has incredible solo work. You should really check it out. His vocal range is insane on those albums. He sings opera on a few tracks.
Damn dude. Your reaction to recognizing this is so wholesome. Honestly been watching your videos all night, just found ya. I got a million recommendations for you, but I'm going to suggest Body Count for now. It's ICE-T's metal band
Me too. My freshman year when I was getting a ride to school from a neighbor kid he would play this album a lot and I fell in love with it. The songs still take me back to those days.
The way you react and the way I react to song is so similar, even having heard it a hundred times. This is great. Consider me subscribed for life, bro.

If you want to learn and broaden your horizons into these genres, these are some good bands to explore. I have been to many Kings games at the Staples Center and a few Ducks games at the Honda Center. I wonder if we ever crossed paths. I am over in Beverly Grove.
It's funny how a circumstance can sway your opinion about music. That happens all the time to me at work where I have to listen to a wide variety of mostly Pop/Contemporary. Sometimes I hear a song and like it immediately, or after a while, only to find out that when I discover who sings it, I'm sometimes in complete shock.

What I love the most about this song has always been John's amazing drums
Their best album to this day “Toxicity” 🔥🤘🏻
Catchy ass song and a banger from them too
I prefer their first self title album as the best album, but toxcity had a lot of great hit songs.
memerize best album
I think Needles is very underrated. Plus, as other guy said, Steal This Album is awesome (the deep bass and guitar are just eargasms)
David Riddick “Steal This Album” is my favorite. Love all their stuff.
I like mesmerize more, but that just goes to show that SOAD has never missed.
