Friends suggested I should play Termina first, so it's been an uphill battle figuring out the mechanics behind everything. Olivia was my first choice of character initially because of the wheelchair. Once I started playing I thought her basekit seemed pretty decent. Being able to delete some bosses with the poison ball was cool. I'll probably avoid cheesing the game with her necklace and fiddle around with the Hexen though.
I can see why playing this game could be insanely difficult, but I still find it funny how your commentary makes it seem like playing this game is a chore. 😂 great content, and thanks for making this video. 👍

Yeah, halfway i decided that i'll try to turn it into a no hexen run. I do have another run/playthrough that might be more useful in that regard (normal mode, saving all contestants) coming up.

Even though I personally relate by far the most with Marcoh, I accept deep down that Olivia is the baddest muhfucka in FaH Termina. Also I have to give you kudos. You really push the time limit on the Moonscortch timer. That takes balls.
Around 2:27:35 as well as a few minutes before there seem to be audio clips/squeaks of some sort, can't quite tell if this is intentional from the game music or if it's distorted audio of Rez trying to talk to stream. Like maybe there was a separate audio track for that and it got bugged somehow?

What's the initial time this run starts? Night day 1 or something? Feels like some Day 1 morning events/triggers aren't in the run, but maybe I'm just tripping.
@@CannedCaineghis Maso mode starts you out on Day 3 Night. Sleep once and you're dead. There are a good bunch of extra enemies and potentially different enemy behaviour. It's like if your character just slept in reaaaaaaaaally late. The first time you get potential access to The Hexen is in the orphanage, and then later in Donovan's house (basically the end of the game).
@@kmr_tl4509 Oh, also most of the ones in the big group can not be dealt with via talk no jutsu. Only 1 or 2 max, might be random on a per-run basis too. It's simply too risky to try to talk your way out in maso most of the time. There is a solo one somewhere else in the sewers too who can always be pacified this way.
Not a bad idea really but im not really too huge of a lore guy for this game. A lot of stuff has ties to the previous game and there is little to no pages detailing lore info. The discord is full of cringe and i cant be arsed to sift through years worth of shitposting to research.

@@Slurpdako oh youre right, the nette should stun but i also barely ever used it. It may have been bugged for some enemies? Its been too long since i played Olivia. I recommend trying it out after a save.

Maybe it's a bug after all. If you're blinded, the screen is entirely dark at all times and you need to somehow make it to a fitting ritual circle and draw Sylvian on it. Might have to ask on the forums or the discord for your issue.
The butterfly accessory has a side effect where it scales defense to the point where you take no damage from most things besides damage over time effects such as burn or bleed at "red" HP. This will almost certainly be fixed with the coming update.
I don't exactly remember what i said, but I merely found it odd how Russians specifically became aware of & super-fans of this series (as opposed to any other specific country).
One winged amulet effect + Hardened Heart. If you can manage to get hit to below 10% hp and then stay above 1 HP, most things will do no more damage, but damage over time effects (bleed, poison etc) will still do damage and put you in kill range.

how did the chainsaw mob hit with just 10-15 damage each tick? I'm with marcoh, best armors and it deals fucking 35 each
