Pristine WWII truck, along with GMC CCKW, Studebaker US6 and Kaiser M543. In this video the trucks are being readied for their long sleep under a blanket of snow. Most of the trucks in this video are in various stages of preservation. The Pristine 1942 Chevy G506 in this video is an Alaskan Hi-way survivor, otherwise known as the Al-Can Hi-way. This truck helped build that Hi-way. Thanks for watching!

I have a G506 with a 261 ci engine, a 10’ quick switch front plow, and an 8’ wing plow. The hydraulic pump is front mounted so u have hydraulic power constantly. Sure will move some snow!

I love that 506. Is it a tipper? Also good to see a wrecker in action, as opposed to the static images that you are usually able to publish. Always good to see and hear a WW2 6x6. The winch on the 6x6 is sitting quite forward. Has it been adapted from another vehicle?
