"There’s a powerful life lesson here: Our STRUGGLES always give us STRENGTH.Sometimes the STRUGGLES we go through are exactly what we need to GROW and DEVELOP. Although it is never fun in the moment… we can almost always look back on difficult moments… as crucial times that changed us for the better in some way. We all face struggle, and sometimes we watch those we love struggle as well - and although we don’t wish upon anyone hard times, we all need them for growth and for strength. Trying to avoid struggle… taking the easy path… will only lead to a harder life… to greater struggles, later on. Cursing the world and blaming struggles and circumstances for where you are will never help either. You must FACE your struggles and LEARN from them, use the hard times of your past to your advantage. You must FACE YOUR STRUGGLES and believe you have the strength to overcome them. If you can do that, you WILL over come them.There’s no shame in struggle… we all face our own battles in life… they are part of our journey, part of our STORY, pieces of our puzzle. Struggle, pain, and wisdom help us to attain our greatest potential, but taking short cuts leads to future problems.
I patiently watched a butterfly emerge from its cocoon once. It took 2 hours for the butterfly to fight its way out of the cocoon. It was so fragile and so beautiful. The butterfly turned to look at me with curiosity for 10 minutes while the fluids were drying on its wings. Then it flew away to begin its life journey.
I set you on the glass pulled off your wings then I laughed..... picked you up off the glasss let you grow wings then I smiled...
I love her, I didn't lose her I hope I let go in time to gain her but I held fast to the words to holdfast..... but the word eludes me there.... vows in freedom take all trust and heart and I'm there and here now....I didn't let go I let God.... I didn't covett I held fast what's the difference ? Keep to myself quickly away from its own breath or hold fast softly patiently letting it breathe
I wasn't holding her too much.... I was holding on to Gods gift to me too much.... almost replacing Him... and becoming toxic almost in getting consumed by fire rather than changing by fire
For those who never experienced struggles, I would love to say; it's so true. I love the experience as it made me different person, the person I would always love to be. So just face it instead of ignoring it

Seems that so many of us revel at the beautifulness of butterflies but forget to embrace the changes and struggles they went through to be able to fly.
I was blessed with someone who today reminded me of how strong I am and how far I have come through all the difficulties I've had in life. It warms her heart to see me blossom and be learning to fly. She said it made her day, and in that it also made my day. She knows me well and sees things in me that I may never see, but I'm starting to. She has watched me go from a caterpillar to a cocoon to a struggling but hopeful butterfly.

This is one of the greatest lessons ever listened to and learned, even today when I feel low or depressed or feel like giving up, I listen to this very story and learned the greatest lesson of strength over and over again. It also teaches that no matter how long the process is don't ever hurry, be patient and wait, keep doing your work without thinking about the result, just focus on your Karma and the fruit of the Karma will surely fall in your hands, so focus on the process, not the result. If you think about the result instead of the process to achieve your desired result and don't do your work patiently, the success guaranteed will also be gone, and you will be left with nothing but despair and hopelessness and defeat, you will just be like that butterfly with a swollen body and shriveled wings. Remind yourself that the process may be long and tiresome but the result will be in your favor if only you have the patience, willpower, determination, and right mindset and attitude. When you focus on the process only, the chances of winning with flying colors increases to 100%. Remember, your struggles turn into your greatest strength which is the key to your success.

Beautifully said : ) For me, I changed 'focus on the *process*' (because the 'process' was depressing me!) to *FOCUS on the LEARNINGS* ... what I was *BECOMING* versus what I was *GETTING* (*becoming* stronger, wiser, more insightful, compassionately understanding etc)
The lesson out of this story is DON'T RUSH PROCESS. Even though things in life can be very difficult to manage to be where you really want to be in life but in order to get very spectacular results. You have to go through all the challenges despite how long it will take because is the only way you ever going to learn how to become a certain big timer with all the advantages and responsibility that come with everything. Don't rush process. TRUST AND ENJOY THE PROCESS!

Struggles are required in order to survive in life, because in order to stand up and stay up, you must know what falling down is like.
Awesome video and so true. Once you overcome a struggle, you never forget the lessons learned. It gives you more wisdom. When you go through enough of them, it becomes difficult for a butterfly to talk to a caterpillar.

I know that everyone is talking about how it was beautiful, and had a wonderful meaning, which don’t get me wrong, It did. But I’m so terribly sorry, I watched this with my class and I laughed the whole time, this was hilarious! I cried because of how funny it was. The way the butterfly fell had me rolling. Facing your struggles is not just about giving you strength. No. They serve as positive energy. Look at this butterfly. Although it has to emerge from its cocoon on its own, it flies freely because it gave itself the strength it needs to earn its way through being free.

When we help someone we have good intentions,but instead we should guide them .
That way they will realise their abilities and know who they are.
All struggles come with a good intention of showing us new ways to overcome them .
No one has a life free of challenges,be it a child ,a teen or an adult.
No one's struggle is trivial.
If you cannot support someone, don't even show ignorance...bcs that's not something you would like too?.
People can guide u..but at the end it's you, who chooses to overcome the challenge.
Accepting the challenge is very important. And then not thinking it as an obstacle..bcs we act the way we think.
Don't run away, accept and face them .

Just like the butterfly that wants to emerge from the cocoon, we think that we're helping someone. Perhaps we're doing more harm than good. Some people don't want to be helped you can only do so much for them. You want to help someone to better themselves. But if they don't want it it feels like a slap in the face when they've rejected your efforts. Many times you need to step away and let them live their lives the way they see fit. Even if it means if they want to continue to suffer but you back away. You know in your heart you did the best for them even if it happens to be a loved one. In life everyone pulls their own load whether they make it or not.

I like the story and it’s as old as the hills. The only bit I don’t like is not intervening when someone has struggles. I disagree with that. I could never sit idly by and watch someone struggle. Having said that I also believe in allowing people to develop by their own strength too in order to learn.

The struggle here is still present in the life of the butterfly even after the man's interference only thing different is rather than the cocoon it is the premature body of the butterfly which it has to overcome by maturing without the aid of its cocoon but it failed to do so. I just wanna say these are boolsheet posts trying to motivate us in the wrong way rather than being rational. Its way better to follow instructions which are almost crisp and clear AF like for eg when we were kids after learning how to add 1-5 digit long natural numbers you could easily add any digit natural numbers together (and I am not including numbers which are so big that could not calculate even if you have 10X your lifetime and also silly mistakes excluded). These stories are only good for telling us what happens if we burst open a premature butterfly from its cocoon, the condition of the butterfly and nothing else.
After searching for a comment which could resemble my opinion which I couldn't find and that really surprised me as almost everyone was very positive about this post and were too satisfied by its message which really pissed the hell out of me
so I decided to comment my opinion as briefly as possible and conveying my thought clearly and if there is anyone with similar opinion please do let me know.
