Was there love in my life? Did I give enough love? Did I show those I love the REAL ME?
Did I live the life I WANTED TO LIVE? Or was my life made up of things I should’ve let go? How could I have brought more happiness to my life and the people I really cared about? Could I have done things better? Differently? How?
Will I be missed? What will I leave behind? Will anyone on earth be better because I was there?
Thinking about your own death forces you to self- examine your life… and gives you the OPPORTUNITY to take responsibility for that life… for all the areas you have not been at your best, and therefore the opportunity to DECIDE TO DO BETTER FROM THIS MOMENT FORWARD."

What you need to know Rachel is that you are a precious human life , and you deserve more than depression . Then work on that idea , it's not easy , nothing worth it is easy. But , with help you can over come it. I cannot tell you how to over come it . But, there is help . And many ways of getting out of depression.

So true! When the doctor told me I had cancer 15 years ago. I prayed about it put it in God's hands. Reflected on my life and I'm proud of the job I did raising my beautiful children. My children will do great things. Even when I'm not here and I'm gone home to be with my father God. God bless you all
Man sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die and then dies having never really lived.
This is the sad truth of so many people. Everybody can life differently if he recognises this trap. Let’s enjoy life as it is now without thinking about the future!

In these dark times where we are having to hear deaths happening so much, including among my peers who were gone too young and too soon, I have been having many thoughts confronting my death. Even though I feel like I've done a lot and been through a lot already, and despite all the bad things that have happened to me that were out of my control, I'm not ready to give up on life yet even with all these obstacles I've had to go through and still go through. Even another woman from my church said that despite all the trials we have to go through, we are not yet ready for heaven. I guess when it's my time I'll leave it up to God 🙏

Beautiful video, I starting writing about death this week and wanted to make a video about it this weekend. The weird thing is that I lost my aunt yesterday and it feels so weird now to reflect about it, knowing that this could be actually a reminder for all of us!
Each loved one we loose is to remind us that this life is temporary.
All the happiness and sadness about it is temporary!

If I die today, I shall be happy. Because I discovered truth and how to calm my mind . I gave up much , but got so much back. I discovered peace of mind.
I did not improve my life. My life improved me. Lessons were learned . Mistakes were made.
But , victories were gained too.
We often think death is a long time away. It isnt . So we need to think about that. Live , live , live until you die.

For a while, I always gave these types of talks to my friends and family. Only a select few of those two groups were able to match the type of words I wanted to hear during my darkest times. I've been very critical of myself, I hated myself, I even call myself ugly. Even with people being nice and out right loving me I do have relationships that "could use more polish" as one of my friends use to say. I honestly thought that no matter what I did, no one would be happy at my work or who I am as a person. For a few times of my life I considered the only thing I can do to make some people happy was to end myself. But this video, this video surprisingly helped me in ways I never thought possible. Theses were words I thought I would never hear, because like stories of Hercules or loch Ness monster I saw it as a myth, because I felt and even heard That my feelings were pointless. I really want to better myself, I'm thankful that videos like this can help me and many others struggling with negative thoughts like this.

Love God first. Then learn to love yourself. Live life to the fullest everyday. Thank God for giving you another day to love everyone and be happy. Never carry hate in your heart. It's not healthy. My youngest son told me this several years ago. I was going through a depression. And you know he was so right about that. It only weighs you down. Brush it off and enjoy your life. Like he said love your life now. Live it to the fullest. And be happy. Love everyone around you. Make happy memories. And make sure they know you love them and care about them. Happy memories. I call these my happy thoughts. I go there often.
