Awesome work again, I look forward to your updates. The Gomondwane's coalition wS my favorite but as you well know these majestic animals live a free but strenuous life . The Plainscamp males are great protectors and I wish for them long productive lives. I'm rooting for the lone Tsalala lioness and her cubs to do the almost impossible and that is to raise her cubs to independence, that would bring joy as humans we have so many depressing stories in the lives we live and for a lone female to accomplish what comes natural with tremendous odds against her is something Hollywood can't match so for us lion lovers we have a feel good story
Thanks a lot. I just want re-emphasize what others are saying, your videos are a real treasure and I always look forward to them and enjoy them immensely. Thank you
Great update. I really enjoyed the video content and the content that accompanied. As always you are very accurate. I’m also very concerned about the only remaining Tallamati lioness Theleyley. And news of her whereabouts ?
The reunions were truly touching. My boy, Tumbela Male still being a gentleman! Thank you so much for these updates. These lion dynamics and family trees are beyond interesting. It's like a great soap opera for nature lovers.
It’s so exciting to know that with the PCM protection of Taslala. The Pride will comeback just like Ottawa hopefully a comeback and even a new Pride could emerge from Floppy Styx and Kambula sister… Thanks again for keeping us abreast as you do of our beautiful lions. What a wonderful video.🖤
it didn't last long cause yesterday the PCMs was back at their favorite pride and was seen fighting for a kill their daughter made. Tsalala is smart though she knows what to do without the males
Your videos are teaching other what your guests are looking for. I want to thank you for peaking my interest in big cat videos,I was giving up on music videos and copy bull we've been getting😊😊😊
Wow Tam and Khum bond coalition of just hey let’s team up seems so cool and strong bond but I’m a little sad k12 female the lone sister finally broke away from her 4 Kambula brothers. Hope she remembers them and they remember her forever
I`m very " SURPRISE " at the Lions " BEHAVIOR " right now it seems that for now most of them are " CONTENT " but as we know that can " CHANGE " tomorrow as it is for all in this world we share together and thanks for the INFO on " MANGE " I remember that year 2016 but all we can do is hope that things will get " BETTER " for us all ... The Southern Avoca was born in March 2013 if this is correct then he would be the Oldest male Lion in Sabi Sand right now his brother Mohawk would be the second Oldest ??? I fear for the Red road Male now that the 4 Kambula Males know that he is a lone Dominant Male over the Nharu Pride and to the far South of Sabi Sand the Nkhulu Males are a bit worrisome only time will tell !!! RA 68 HELL FIRE
Really happy for the Tsalala Lioness, she was alone for a long time and she deserves better. Hopefully she raises her cubs to adulthood. PCM are great Fathers so they is Hope. Happy that Coalitions are content with what they have. Also stay strong Southern Avoca
This is why the reservation is made to preserve the lions and wildlife. They have to help them! If not then why build the sanctuary??????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jesus 30 lions together. I also remember a while back that there were as many as 9 male cubs in the kambula pride. Any update on that number? One last question: Any news on the Skorro male? I noticed he hasn’t been mentioned in a few months. And details?
I've seen a foto of him taken in May in Manyeleti. Then he was also seen in the Timbavati area. I don't think that he will come back to Sabi Sand anytime soon.
@@allaboutthelionsofsabisand2743 Thanks for the update. Didn’t realize he ventured that far north. It’s arguably more dangerous up there for a lone male.
If the number of adult lionesses stays be between 40-50 I'd say yes, that is a good population for the area. The count before the Mapogo came to power in 2006 was 48 adult lionesses, which dropped to 36 adults in 2008 and 30 adults in 2012. But in the last 25 years there have not been so many males in the area as they are now. The average number of dominant males was over the years +/- 12 Too many males would make raising cubs very difficult which would affect the population in the future.
These reserves must give Lions with Mange some medicine to help them fight it off. They shouldn't be greedy. Its the lions which are source of their safari's and all the money they earn. They MUST share it with their Lions.
@@_Kylix_ They literally kill to eat. They dont injure them for fun and leave them be, do they? They kill to eat. While these reserves make money off of the Lions. Decency dictates that they spend some of the money for Lions' welfare. Dont you think?
Mange is concerning 😢 bcz it can spread easily it makes more reasons to worry now that we don’t see lions killing each other 😍 but this shit mange plz do something
I made a video about the Red Road male and the lion prides of Manyeleti about two weeks ago, the title: "DEADLY SNARES - THE BATTLE OF MANYELETI'S LIONS"
@@allaboutthelionsofsabisand2743 While I am aware of their policy, would it not be better for animal populations in general for it to be controlled so it does not spread. I believe there comes a time when the so-called "interference" needs to be addressed for the benefit of all. Thanks.
You said you saw 3 new cubs & then another 3 cubs BUT were not sure if it was the same 3 cubs or not but you said they looked younger ?? I don't understand how you are not sure if they were the same cubs or not ? You're the Narrator but obviously not a very good one if you're unsure about anything you're recording to make a documentary. Are you just learning ??
Indeed, I laid out the possibility of more than one new litter being born into the Styx pride. I aim to give the best account possible based on the current information, but nature doesn’t always offer perfect clarity. More information will give us a better understanding, which will be discussed in the next update.

Marvelous as usual. I hope the Ntsevu will recover soon...
Sabi Sand is small when we compare Kruger national park. But lot of lion pride. 11 Dominant males, 10 Nomadic. 42 Adult lionesses. Thanks the video
I love Tumbella....., he found a symbiotic way of life with the Mhangenis.....
Thanks again!
Thank you so much for the support. I really appreciate it !!
It's nice to see what prices are next to each other and what males are close to each other and why they cross paths.exceptionalcwork being done

Why don't those rangers help those lions to recover from mange there must be some treatment for that disease
There is, yet unfortunately Sabi Sand has a no interference policy when it comes to diseases that have a natural occurrence.
