I have been in denial that this relationship ended when Mon-El went back to the future, but am I the only one who is still hoping that KaraMel will be endgame? That by some miracle, he will return for Kara in S6 and they will live happily ever after?

I think Mon El and Kara will be endgame, how they finished season 3 goodbye: "We both got some saving to do" and "if you even need me" makes me think they just had nothing to do with him around and will bring him back for the final. Show runners actually said: “At this point, we don’t have plans for Mon-El to return, but if it takes us there…”.... so fingers crossed :)
If they had no plan for him to come back at some point why break up with Imra and tell Kara he still had feelings for her? Why not just make him return to Imra and to the future. He was gonna stay and be with Kara if it was not the convinient call from the future.
I agree with all of you it was sad but hearing that Mellisa and Chris are married makes me brighten up
